My actual client on this shoot was the designer/contractor Sondra Okada for Coastalife design in Bradenton. Lorraine was gracious enough to allow me to photo document the renovation and she had done such a stellar job furnishing her home I felt compelled to photograph the entire residence. Lorraine was a delight!

This is a WOW! factor town home.immediately as you walk through the door your almost overwhelmed by the view of the pool,them the bay, then the bridge then the Gulf. One of 9 boutique units, it sold in the lower $800k's within 3 days of uploading the photos.....see this beautiful unit in project " Longboat Key WOW!"
