Very friendly and conscientious service. The nice thing is that I was able to order a rug to precisely the measurements I needed. The rug took a little while to arrive as it had to be made to order in Pakistan. But it arrived and is beautiful.

Rugknots' sales staff was friendly, competent, and very helpful. Ordering was easy, and shipping was fast. The rug we ordered was exactly what was pictured online, and exactly what we were seeking. Rugknots also followed-up with us to make sure that we were satisfied with our purchase, and George, at Rugknots, also worked hard to help us find other rugs for our house. They made buying a rug a good experience, and we will return to Rugknots for future purchases.

Rugknots has a great selection of rugs and their sote is easy to navigate to find the size and color of rug you need. They are available to answer questions and give advice. I had to return the first rug I selected and they refunded all of my money and were there to help me return the rug in its original packaging. The second rug I bougjt is perfect for our library room. We wiuld definitel buy feom Rugknots again!

Beautiful rug—as described. Color an exact match to the online photo. Well-wrapped and protected for shipping. On time as promised. Attentive customer service-responded quickly to queries. Kept me informed about shipping. Checked to make sure all was okay. Nice follow-up note from the owner. Although we do not need it, RugKnots offered 100% refund and free return shipping. Will definitely be purchasing from them in future.

We purchased a grey bokhara accent (2.5' x 4') rug online. The website is wonderful for rug shopping: easy navigation & searches, great pictures, nice selection, and excellent descriptions. It is a better website by far than most other carpet websites. I had a question about the tint of grey of our carpet and phoned. The prompt phone help was excellent and courteous. We ordered the rug for delivery here in Vancouver, Canada (a country in the north without a babbling wicked orange man-toddler as head-of-state). Tracking was excellent and it arrived quickly, well wrapped, and in perfect condition. The rug quality is just beautiful! ... and as represented accurately in pictures. It has a very slight greenish tinge, but that colour was accurately represented in the site pictures. I would shop again at Rugknots in a heartbeat. Thank you for being in business!!

Choosing a rug is hard. Choosing a rug online is even harder! But RugKnots made a difficult process very easy. Their online rug selection is vast, and the site is easy to navigate. But the best part about RugKnots is their Ask A Designer option. For a small price, the customer can have personal assistance from a designer -- AND photoshopped images of possible rugs in the customer's own house. This was invaluable for us. We were convinced we wanted a certain color of rug for our living room, but when we saw the photoshopped options, we knew immediately we were totally off target. The RugKnots designer helped steer us in another direction, and the rug we finally chose is amazing. It looks great in our living room. The colors are true to what we saw online, and the quality is exceptional. We're recommending RugKnots to everyone we know.

Emmaline in the Design area assisted us. She is professional, pleasant and very responsive to customer needs and goals. She promptly helped me analyze what direction to go and helped me find several excellent choices. I ultimately did not purchase a rug for a number of reasons, nothing to do with quality of service and products offered. I would absolutely use their services again.

have bought two rugs from Rugknots and am extremely happy with the quality of the rugs! The colors and the designs are very beautiful!! Also, I received a wonderful customer care when I was choosing my rugs. I was very particular about the colors and sizes of the rugs, however, everyone I spoke to at Rugknots were very helpful and patient. They spent a lot of time over the phone and by e-mails to provide me all the options I had. Once I placed the order, it was amazing how quickly the shipment arrived. Furthermore, I thought that the website was very well designed, and it was very easy to find the items that I was looking for. I will surely be shopping with Rugknots again in the near future.
