If you are looking for a contractor we highly recommend Greg from Sage Construction and his crew . We had a huge addition and kitchen remodel done to our home in Frankfort IL. They were very professional and patient with us at all times. The communication was phenomenal and everything was complete in time. We are beyond happy with how everything came together, and the quality of work. Greg is great to work with and is extremely knowledgeable. We fully intend on using Sage Construction for any remodel needs we may need in the future.

We have worked with many home remodelers over the years and Sage Construction is by far the best. Initially we contacted Sage Construction to put an addition on top of an existing sunroom. However, that already large project grew to include a new roof for the entire house, all new siding, replacement windows in the sunroom, vinyl plank flooring, all new interior doors and lastly having all the hardwood flooring refinished. Reusing the vintage glass doorknobs was very important to us and Greg took the time to rebuild each of the old mechanisms and re-install every doorknob. At one point, Greg and I debated putting downspouts on the new addition. A few months after the project was completed, we realized that downspouts were necessary. It wasn’t a problem! Greg got us on the schedule and downspouts were installed within a couple of weeks. During this project Greg and his team of craftsmen were professional, timely, communicative, and collaborative. We’ve recommended them to friends and family and will be using them again for all future home projects.

We had Sage do a full 1st floor remodel and we could not be happier! They provided high quality work, reasonable pricing and honesty throughout. Things always come up during a large remodel, but Greg always makes it right. We loved the whole Sage team and are planning future 2nd floor projects to see them again! We could not be happier with how the house turned out and would fully recommended Sage Construction.
