Sebastian Eilert Architecture Inc. is a full service architecture and interior design firm based in Miami, Florida. The firm focuses on a holistic design approach. We believe in an engaged design experience for our clients, orchestrating the project from programming through construction completion. S.E.A. uses 3D software to create and model our designs which we share with our clients during the consultation process. This process allows for a virtual understanding of the project before construction. The firm proudly focuses on custom residential projects for New Construction as well as substantial renovations and additions with sustainability in mind. To balance the practice of architecture S.E.A. also provides services for commercial work with a strong focus on hospitality projects and franchisee opportunities.

Working with Sebastian is always a pleasure. His knowledge of pricing, material and city regulations are always amazing! He has an efficiency and sense of form, coupled with a focus on function and sustainability, that always get the results that we need, while respecting the budget and the aesthetic demands that I have. We hired Sebastian to help us draft the plans for our house last year. While we didn't end up building the house in the end, he walked us through all of the important decisions and also provided amazing customer service. You get more than just an architect with Sebastian - you get the eye of an interior designer with the rationale of a contractor as well. Highly highly recommend Sebastian.

We hired Sebastian Eilert to redesign our living and kitchen space, which including moving it across our entire home and raising the ceilings of the space to 10.5 ft. His design/remodel is complete now and it flows and works wonderfully for our family of 5. We are happy with our home redesign and remodel. Thanks Sebastian.
