For over 50 years, we have been designing and building beautiful homes in the Peoria area. We are extensively involved in the design process down to the smallest details. We are an architectural designer and customer advocate first. Design and focus on the client truly drives our business culture and philosophy. Our in-house design team works with the client to design to their specifications and dreams. The design doesn't stop at the start of construction. Because we're all part of the same company, the design team works hand-in-hand with our own carpenters to make the final outcome as perfect as possible. We help the client with product selections and on-going design decisions throughout the entire project. We also employ, in-house, a large group of absolutely excellent carpenters – true craftsmen – who carry out the designs with the same sensitivity to the client and attention to detail that we use during the design stage. Since we are all part of the same organization, communication is constant and seamless, and we are able to create truly unique projects. We will not compromise products or processes in order to get a job. We also have a Home Maintenance Division that is available for those small jobs that come up from time to time.
