Bockholt Landscape Architecture

I got Seth's name from a friend who used his company for a residential landscape make over. Seth and his team were easy to work with and very professional. They worked well with the city planning department and with my contractor. They came up with very creative options for the project and took great ownership that the end result met our expectations. I would not hesitate to use them again if the opportunity arises.

I worked with Seth Bockholt on a couple of projects in our community when i was head of the Architectural Review Committee. Seth thinks outside the box to develop extraordinarily creative master landscape plans. He also understands the nuts and bolts of planting -- what plants and trees work and what does not, depending on the environment. He is also quite a master when it comes to hardscape-- placement, design and materials. Seth was a strong advocate for his clients while seeking approval from the ARC which showed me how much he cares for his clients, their needs and their dreams. Given the strengths i witnessed, my husband and i hired Bockholt Landscape to design and oversee the installation of two complicated and large water features- one natural looking and the other contemporary. Both water features are extraordinary and unique. Bockholt Landscape also stepped in to handle a difficult situation when the landscape installer, whom i had hired before working with Bockholt Landscape, failed to to perform per the contract. Bockholt Landscape documented the failure to perform and removed the burden from me to terminate that relationship. Bockholt then brought in an outstanding landscape installer, Ryan Lawton of Lawton Landscaping, Lawton did A+ work installing, all overseen by Bockholt team. I cannot recommend Bockholt Landscape more highly-- their integrity, creativity and responsiveness all receive the highest marks. They bring tremendous value, at a reasonable price, to the process, and of course, the outcome.

We absolutely love our new backyard/patio. We have a very restricted backyard, both in size and what is allowed by the community. Our vision was to turn it to an outdoor living area that we could use much of the year. Seth and the team at Bockholt Landscape Architecture right from the beginning saw the potential and outlined several wonderful options. Once we settled on a plan they were very responsive and brought the plan to life. Now we have inviting seating around a built-in fire pit, beautiful decking around the hot tub, built-in gas grill, beautiful basalt pavers ... All surrounded by amazing cold-rolled steel fencing with accented landscaping and natural tree and flower plantings. And last but not least, perhaps the centerpiece is the 8'x5' granite stone that creates an amazing focal point that ties it all together.

Seth did our backyard design, and later, an overall site plan for our remodel. He has a great contemporary perspective and clearly enjoys his work. Response time and project turnaround were very quick. Highly recommended.

We hired Seth Bockholt and his team to help us create a complete landscaping plan for our new house. Seth provided a free initial consultation, and came to our home to meet with us. He took soil samples, walked around our property and asked us what we wanted and how we would be using our yard. Seth met with us several times, each time providing updated drawings and plans, and requesting our feedback and input. He incorporated our ideas, but also used his professional experience to come up with elements we would never have even imagined. We are very pleased with the final product, and his service was outstanding. I love that our house will stand out, instead of looking like every other house on the block!

Bockholt Landscape Architecture does superior work. Mr Bockholt and his crew were most respectful to me, my family and the neighbors. After each days work tools and equiprment were put away. The plans that were drawn up were very professional and easy to follow. We knew, with out question what was to take place and when. I must say that the plans were a work of art.
