I used this company in 2016 to install concrete pavers for one of my rental properties. The pavers were installed on the walkway, patio area and front entrance. The quality of material and workmanship was very good and the work was done in a timely fashion. The cost of $2500 was reasonable compared to other estimates. I would use them again.

Do not use this company! This company has the most despicable, deceptive business practices I’ve ever encountered. We hired them to do a walkway on the side of the house consisting of large concrete slabs with artificial grass in between. First, they never gave me an initial quote for the artificial grass saying it all depends on the linear feet of the slabs which didn’t make much sense because the quote he gave me for the job was based on the square footage of the area. Nonetheless, we proceeded and paid over $6k for concrete slabs and all we got in return was terrible workmanship. If you see the photos, the work product is unfinished, sloppy and botched. I provided the contractor photos of what i wanted before, during and after the project. The finished product Looks nothing like what i asked for. Not only was the concrete a different color than what i wanted (i requested a white finish), there were footprints and scratch marks on the concrete which the guy blamed on us!!! He then told me that in order to get the look I wanted, I needed to pay an additional $2500 to have the concrete polished!!! This was on top of the last minute bombshell he dropped on us of more than $1,000.00 for the artificial grass and an additional $500 for sealing the concrete (none of which was EVER discussed or disclosed). When I told him I was upset because I felt I was being ripped off, he basically told me he wouldn’t be finishing the job or installing the grass because he just wanted to be done with us and move one from this project! We could not come up with an additional $2500 on such short notice so we said no to the polishing. We paid him the last installment per the contract plus the grass and sealer because we were stuck between a rock and a hard place. Basically made a rash decision under duress. I think he realized i was upset, so to make me feel better, he told me that after the concrete cures/dries it’ll turn white and I won’t be able to see any of the defects. Well, it’s been three weeks and the concrete hasn’t turned white and you can see every single imperfection clearly. It’s an absolute embarrassment! Having to admit to people that come over that we paid +$6k for this amateur job, is just mortifying. I sent him a text saying the city just re-did the sidewalks in front of my house and they look better (and whiter) than what he did for us. To this day, he hasn’t responded. Terrible customer service! What upsets me most is that We initially had 3 different quotes and went with this company because they gave us the best rate - yeah, best rate because they left out all the hidden charges! In the end, the end, this company is not concerned with having a happy customer and has done nothing to make anything right. Ridiculous. Zero customer service, zero communication skills, and zero concrete work experience. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEARTACHE OF THROWING AWAY YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!
