I had a very old home I needed help with and I must admit, I was lazy and did not want to spend much on renovating. Heidi came and did a consult where she asked lots of questions, took lots of pictures and then sent me pages of notes and ideas on how to improve my home. I should have made an effort and taken on all her ideas but because my budget was minimal, I took the easiest way out. She was very kind and patient and still helped me achieve a great look. She styled the entire home in a way that complimented the age of the home and enhanced it, while disguising any negatives. I had offers after the first open inspection and made $50k above what I thought. If I had taken her advice, the agent said I could have added an extra $100k to my profit. However, I am very happy with the outcome. The new owners can put their stamp on it now. Heidi and her team are incredible. They work extremely hard and put their heart and soul into what they do. I have been the the real estate industry for many years and the one thing I see over and over again is purchasers not having vision to see past 'the small things' such as old furnishings, not understanding what a 'room' maybe used for or simply purchasers not liking your taste and style etc. For this reason, when I placed my home on the market I cleared out all my furnishings and let Heidi from Signed Sealed Sold furnish and decorate my home. I hired Heidi to partially style our home for sale. She managed to use our existing large items of furniture and then the added her own amazing touches, transforming the home using artwork, soft furnishings, smaller furniture items and accessories. It looked stunning. We didn't even need to put it on the market, we sold quickly through word of mouth and private sale. I was extremely happy with the outcome.

I hired Signed Sealed Sold to stage my house for selling. Heidi came over and worked on my house for a weekend and then supported me with video phone calls to finish the job. Heidi took me shopping to texturise the lounge and dining room, she helped me stage the back door area with the mud room, laundry and entry to the guest bedroom. She showed me how to stage the beds, dining room table and the Welsh dresser. Heidi was happy to use cheaper options where possible as I didn't have a lot of spare cash.
