Brian did an excellent job making sure I was happy with all aspects of the bathroom remodel. I'm so pleased with the final product.

Brian and his team did an amazing job with our shower remodel. Brian listened to what we want and understood our priority. He gave us options and suggestions. This shower remodeling project went as planned. It was perfect. I will definitely use Brian and his team again for our upstairs shower remodel when the time comes. This project exceeded my expectations. Here are the reasons why: They covered all my furnitures in the master bedroom, sinks and cabinets in the master bathroom, and taped up the door to the closet to avoid dusting up the place during the course of the project. They taped the walkway from the front door to the shower to avoid damaging our wood floors and carpet. They arrived punctually everyday and left before I was done with work. They did not disrupt my work the whole time I worked from home. Feels like they are not even there. They cleaned up everything at the end. The shower was exactly what we imagined it.

I highly recommend Simplicity Bath for your bathroom remodel. You will not be disappointed. I had a complete makeover: tub converted to shower, new vanity and mirror, wallpaper removal and new paint and new ceiling lights. I typically get 2-3 quotes on any home project and believe it or not, I went with the highest bid. There was no pressure sales from the owner Brian; he had me on his commitment and desire to please his clients with the use of high quality products and master craftsmen. And how true this was; his entire staff (Ken, Thomas, Adam and Dorian who worked on my project) did a top notch job. And none of them are happy unless you are happy. From start to finish it was a friendly, great, professional experience! The workers were fantastic and polite. They made sure to clean after themselves after each work day. The finished shower looks amazing! We are so glad to have done business with simplicity bath and shower and would definitely recommend them!

Simplicity Bath & Shower did an exemplary job throughout the whole process, from initial contact to final construction. Brian took the lead initially in explaining design options and pros/cons, going with us to select countertop materials, and thoroughly laying out all the details. Once the contract was signed, we were kept informed of our likely start date. Once construction started, Ken and his construction team kept us well informed of the daily tasks and work was done effectively, with ample care to keep the impact of the work confined to the bathroom. Drop clothes in common areas were removed each day. All of the craftsmen were professionals working regularly with Simplicity and the work progressed rapidly and the end result was just as we hoped. We couldn't be more pleased.

I have worked with Brian over the past 6 years on numerous projects as his go to architectural designer. This company is awesome!! The people he has working for him is fantastic!! We are extremely pleased with the outcome we received!! The tile guy Thomas is the absolute best! His work is beyond gorgeous! The demo guys were in and out before we even knew what was going on! The same with the plumbers he has!! And they take a lot of pride in their work... They are very clean and if they clean up their mess when done after each and every day! We will be hiring these guys again!! Thank you so very much for the perfect work you guys have done!

My shower was replaced by Simplicity bath and shower. I am extremely pleased with the craftsmanship. From start to finish Brian was informative of the project and gave me excellent details as to what to expect during the project. End product was simply amazing. I would highly recommend it.

We recently had our master bathroom updated. After meeting with a few people & checking out our options we met with Brian Horton from Simplicity Bath and Shower. After meeting with Brian there was no doubt that we wanted him to take care of our renovation. Brian is an amazing & extremely knowledgeable individual and was so patient with us with answering many questions. The entire process from start to finish went so smoothly and we were informed on what was going to happen next throughout the process. His team was also remarkable especially Jeff who handled a big part of the project. There was never any stress worrying about who we could expect to come to our home because Brian always kept us up to date of who we could expect & the time they would be here which he took all the guess work away. It was a wonderful experience for us working with Brian Horton from Simplicity Bath and Shower and we would highly recommend him to anyone. We ended up with a beautiful Onyx Walk-In Shower that anyone would be proud to have in their home. Meeting with Brian Horton and having Simplicuty Bath and Shower take care of our shower was the best decision we have ever made. Brian and team did a fantastic job on our bathtub and shower replacement. Extreme attention to detail, left the worksite clean and orderly every day, and they didn't make me feel like my job was too small. They stay booked a couple months ahead of time but the peace of mind and quality of the work was worth the wait. Great people and I definitely recommend them.
