Sonelo Design Studio

Sonelo Design Studio is a Melbourne based architecture and interior design practice established in 2013 and has sedulously developed an aggregation of bespoke designs. Simple, thoughtful and beautiful are the three attributes driving our practice creative process. Sonelo holds strong belief in stripping back to a state of the authentic need of the occupant. Often inspired by everyday beauty and simplicity, we create places that benefit life. Drawing on the act of inhabiting spaces through evocative sensibility of touch and feel, we explores design in the multi-layered realms of briefs, site, form, texture, materiality, landscape and their tectonics. In each project undertaken, we approach it as a unique living being, responding specifically to the site and occupants. Through discussions with client, we listen and review the purpose and possibilities of a place we are about to create together. We adopt a collaborative process between the clients, consultants and contractor to ensure an outcome with vigour.
