We were very happy with the work of Seamar Construction group. The job was completed in a timely manner and at a reasonable price.

We are very pleased with our Seamar experience over the years. They are easy to work with, are fair and produce a great product. Seamar did a wonderful job with our first house in the low country; the process of building the house was pleasant and positive. They gave us good guidance about the many decisions needed to give us the house we wanted. Our house was built 18 years ago and our great relationship with Ritchie, Steve, and the rest of the Seamar team has continued over the years. We are now ready to build a new house designed and tailored to the next stage of our life. We are working with Hudson Design and Seamar Construction Group to bring our new house to reality.

Seamar Construction built our home on Kiawah Island in 2003. We have built six homes in the past, and working with Seamar was by far our most enjoyable experience. Throughout the design and construction process, we found them to be honest, reliable and ethical. Over the last decade, the construction of our home has proven to be of high quality and the team at Seamar has continued to remain in touch. We have used them for several small projects since completion of our home and continue to be well pleased. We would highly recommend Seamar Construction Group.

We have been working with Seamar Construction Group since 2004 to build our retirement home in Poplar Grove, Hollywood, SC. We are impressed with the attention to detail and guidance for our home. We are half way completed and will be moving in this fall.

Richie and Matt did a great job with our office space in downtown Charleston. We always get people amazed at the space when they walk in.
