When we discovered that the bluestone porcelain tile we wanted for our kitchen was discontinued, Jennifer Lamberth at Specialty Tile in Norcross was undaunted, noting that her network connection to stores throughout the country might yield the tile. To our utter relief and joy, her words were true, as she found our tile (and plenty of it) in a Texas store. It was with grace and ease that Jennifer had it delivered to Atlanta, where it was installed in our kitchen. The bluestone proved to be an inspired choice, and for Jennifer’s help in finding it and in getting it to Atlanta, we are so grateful. We couldn’t be more pleased.

Jennifer Lamberth is the consummate professional. Jennifer listened to our ideas for our master bath project, made suggestions with regard to various styles and specific products to meet our requirements. There was a logical progression in the process as we selected tiles, texture, size and color. We look forward to working with Jennifer on future remodeling projects. Denise Taylor is super helpful for our kitchen renovation. She is very patient and has good taste. It was hard for me to make decision of the floor tile and the back splash. I have been to the store many times. She helped me to get all these done. I will choose to work with her again.

Specialty tile is the tile company that I turn to when I need tile. I shop others, but the quality and service win out. We have used them for the last three houses that we lived in. We just finished the basement with an in-law suite, art studio, office, exercise room, and general gathering room. We used their tile throughout. It looks magnificent. Specialty also recommended Ken Kahle as installer, and he was awesome. He was very professional, very helpful, and always on time. We had several things that we needed him to come back for like kitchen back splash and shower tile. He also impressed me with his shower design. He took the materials that I chose and made them spectacular. He was very quick to get back and finish. I was very pleased with him and specialty. We have many people that come to our house and when they see the basement I give out Ken's number and Specialty Tile's with high marks.

I ordered from Kyle Hamilton. She was great. All was fine until there was a problem. My tile for the second bathroom is very low quality and has many flaws. It doesn't look like the sample provided at all. The manager agreed with me and thought that it looked like it has dirt on it. It is not dirt. It is in the stone. Anyway, the solution was to send me an email with several disclaimers attached. The manager said that she and the stone provider agreed that it was just variation in natural stone. My floor looks it has bird droppings all over it. I am very upset and Specialty Tile doesn't care. I would NEVER recommend them.

We are truly sorry that you had a bad experience at our showroom. Natural stone has a lot of variation, particularly in white marbles, and although we assure you the material in question was not defective, we certainly understand that it was not the shading that you wanted. Although our policy does state that once material is installed it can no longer be returned, we understand that in your case there was 2 different shipments of your material and that the lots did not match. Our sales director would love to discuss what options we have for helping you get the tile you want, and will be reaching out to you via email shortly.

Theresa at the Norcross Ga. Specialty Tile location is fantastic. We needed tile for floors and shower walls for 2 bathrooms and a backsplash and she asked questions to understand our style preferences and usage and came up with several great tile options to choose from as well as some suggested design ideas for our space. We visited this location multiple times and were always treated with respect and professionally, though this location can get very busy. Amazingly Theresa remembered my name every time even though weeks elapsed between visits. I think it would help to have a physical sign in sheet at the entrance so customers can feel that they are being helped in order of arrival, though the professionals do seem to keep track of that on their own.

I have been so happy with my experience at Specialty Tile. I worked with Kyle Hamilton who was a fantastic help. I am building a new house from top to bottom. After our first meeting, Kyle and her colleague, Ingrid, really got an idea of my taste and helped me narrow down my selections by showing me so many things I loved! After my first round of selections I found out I had gone way over budget. They were able to help me cut the cost without sacrificing the style and integrity of my project. I loved the selection and the customer service. Specialty Tile became a place where I could bounce all my house ideas off of someone and really bring together all aspects of my project. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Fantastic, knowledgeable, and dedicated salespeople!

I have worked with many tile suppliers over the years. While I often try out others to see how they work, I always come back to Specialty Tile. As a designer, I am most concerned about the final product. It is rare that a supplier is as concerned as much as the designer. Everyone at Specialty Tile works as if they are a partner on my team, considering grout, finishes, quality and more when helping me specify what tile to use on a project. They keep great records of my purchases and recall what project I was last working on without looking at me like a deer in headlights.
