Spencer Flooring and Paint has just celebrated its Re-Grand Opening under our new name! As a trusted family business in the Central Valley area since 1936, Spencer Floor Covering has always done it’s best to make the newest flooring products and styles available to its customers for the best value. In 2015 a new partnership with Helget Painting allowed us to begin offering painting services independently, or as coordinated service with any flooring project. Our staff is backed by years of real-world flooring and painting experience and knowledge that is not often found in the large national chain stores. Our goal is to help our clients find the perfect flooring or room design that will suit their needs and lifestyles for years to come. As Spencer Flooring & Paint; Ken, Kipp and Scott proudly continue the Spencer tradition of providing quality products, excellent installation and paint services, superior customer service, and the attention to detail that has always backed the Spencer name. Spencer Flooring did an outstanding job beginning to end on my paint project. Scott and Susan were fantastic, friendly, thorough, accurate, and timely with scheduling, project completion, and payment. Scott, Jeremy, and Joey were friendly, on time and prompt in completing the job. The paint looks great!!! What could have been stressful and overwhelming was a breeze. I recommend these folks to anyone and everyone. I couldn't be more pleased and am so grateful to have found them! It is clear that customer service is a focus for this team and their quality of work is second to none.

Spencer Flooring along with their painting service did a great update to my home installing wood floors in family and living room, installing great tile design in downstairs laundry, master bath and down stairs bath, replacing carpet on our stairs and three bed rooms. The paint job was perfect in the Family room and Kitchen area. There team was most professional with their suggestions and service, Oh let me add the work on the kitchen cabinets was just outstanding brought out the wood like new. I highly recommend Spencer Floor Covering and their team. They even sent a house cleaner to clean the house after the work was completed. GREAT JOB Experts and service just outstanding.

Spencer's installed over 3000 sq ft of flooring in my home. It was a big job and they were fantastic! They were on time, very polite and very professional. Not only the service was impeccable, my flooring came out stunning! I recommend Spencer's floor covering to everyone I know and even those who I don't know that I hear are in the market for flooring. I have used other flooring companies in the past and the work was substandard and the service was about the same. Spencer's will be my flooring company for life!

We hired Spencer Flooring to put in back splash in our kitchen and was very pleased with the result, Although they used a new guy to do the measurement and the measurement was off, which resulted in more cost to us, because the job require more tile, they went ahead and finished the job without charging us extra. They keep us informed on when the tile would come in and if they will be any delays. Great group of people to work with!

We had Spencer handle a couple of gestating home projects recently--a bathroom remodel which included full wall mosaic tile install and new flooring, as well as a living room wood floor installation. Both projects were done on schedule, handled professionally and look awesome! From project bid to material selection to installation and clean up, we were happy with all stages of the projects. We're already thinking of other projects to use them for, including an outdoor tile installation. Highly recommended!

Scott and his crew did an awesome job painting the interior of my home. They were respectful of my home and personal items. They covered the hardwood floors and cleaned up at the end of each day. Scott and Susan's suggestions on the type of paint to use and which walls to paint for accent were great. I was a little nervous about painting two accent walls in the master bedroom. Now, I'm very happy for their recommendation. The paperwork from the estimate to final payment was very easy. Thank you Helget Painting for a job well done!!

I used Spencer Floor Covering for changing carpet in my renting house at Tracy. They came the same day I called for estimation, and provided me very detailed quote. Since I can't decide whether to use carpet in the whole house or separate area with wood and carpet, they gave three different quotes so I can make better choice. And they finished the work very efficient! I have had good experience with them!

SUPER EFFICIENT!! Tenant moved out of property and within a few days we had new carpet installed in the home and owner was able to list and market his home for sale. The home has officially been on the market a total of 3 days and we already have had so many compliment and call about it. I truly believe that the new flooring in this home made the biggest impact!! Helget Painting did a wonderful paint job for us. They painted the complete outside of our house and the results were perfect. The workers were professional, timely and left the job clean and orderly when they were finished. I wold recommend them highly to anyone wanting a great paint job.
