Staging Dallas got its start in the home staging industry in 2012 as "New Again Home Interiors". New Again served homeowners and agents in the Dallas area, providing a variety of interior services. Amy, the owner, decided that helping homeowners and agents style homes prior to selling them was her true passion. In 2017, Staging Dallas was born. Amy earned her Staging Certification from the Interior Redesign and Staging Institute (IRIS), and stays current on home trends by attending the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA) National Convention regularly. She is currently a past president of the RESA Dallas chapter. She believes that educating agents on the benefits of staging in all market conditions helps both homeowners and agents realize the value staging brings to their listing. Amy regularly teaches 3 hr MCE courses at Metrotex in Dallas, Garland and Richardson. She is also available to speak at Real Estate offices.

My home had been on the market for over a 200 days without a quality offer. I took it off the market, and hired a new agent. The agent recommended Staging Dallas. With their help, we selected a new interior paint color, then staged the key areas of the house. We relisted, and were under contract in 3 weeks! The staging highlighted the midcentury style of the home perfectly. I am happy to recommend Staging Dallas to anyone trying to sell their home.

Amy worked with my realtor to stage my condo for sale. After a thorough consultation between the three of us, Amy returned with just the right accessories and layout plans to showcase the place to the best of its ability. She was prompt, professional, courteous, and demonstrated great creativity in combining her items with what was already in the place. Amy understood the marketplace, the type of buyer for my home and its location, and what would appeal to them. All in all, it was a great collaboration working with Staging Dallas.

Staging Dallas helped us with the finish-out of our 2 medical offices, selecting wall color, flooring, counter tops, cabinet finishes, etc. Once the offices were completed, they returned with artwork, and furniture, which they arranged and hung. We love the way our offices look, and have received many compliments from our patients. Highly recommend Staging Dallas!

My home had been on the market for 3 months, with very little action. We made the decision to cancel the listing and hire a new agent. The agent brought in Staging Dallas to stage our home, and a professional photographer to shoot the photos. The difference was amazing! We accepted an offer within a couple of weeks! Our agent brought Stafing Dallas in to do a photostyling of our home to prepare it for sale. After spending just 3 hours in our home, rearranging our furniture, and making simple suggestions for updates, we were photo ready! Staging Dallas even helped shop for the recommended items.
