Surreal Systems recently came in my house and did a evaluation of my audio/video systems and gave me amazing recommendations that the prior company I had used gave me and I was very impressed with their knowledge, professionalism, and follow through. I added several features that I had not even thought of and I am very pleased with their work, their staff, and I feel very comfortable recommending them to any of my friends and neighbors. Great company.

We have used Surreal Systems for various projects since we bought our home 9 years ago. They have designed and installed 4 TV sets, entertainment systems, and our sound system. They've also done the automatic blinds in our master bath. They are always efficient, friendly, and extremely easy to work with. The recommendations are always right on, the service is quick, and they have great customer service. We highly recommend them.

We bought a home with eight TVs and a sound system. We thought it was all wonderful until we realized that the system did not work properly. Before being referred to Surreal we obtained proposals from two other companys and we were devasted at the cost to repair. Then along came Tyler. His dedication to recommending what we needed, no more and no less, and his compassion for our situation made him feel more like a friend than just another consultant trying to rip us off. Tyler and Roger have our system working beautifully. They did it at a reasonable cost. More importantly, we have total trust and confidence in them. These two men are a delight to work with. My wife and I want to adopt them!

Brian is extremely knowledgeable and listened very well to what my needs were. He has strong expertise in complex systems and was willing to work with myself in managing my budget. In addition he was willing to use existing components where it made sense and also clarified where it would make more sense to use newer more updated components. I would recommend talking with Brian about any whole home systems.

Surreal Systems was the best contractor we used for our home remodel. They listened carefully and their proposal was extremely detailed and competitive. They were always on time and professional. They stayed on budget and recommended some ideas that saved us money. They installed 6 TV's, 5 Sonos systems, 2 surround sound systems and some additional components in our home. We would recommend them with enthusiasm.

I highly recommend Matt and his team. Surreal has been building out my home entertainment systems and security for the past 12 years. I keep going to back to Surreal Systems because their level of service and integrity is stellar. I can get the equipment anywhere but great help is a commodity that's hard to come by today. Besides my home I've used Surreal for several business projects including a rush job installing 10 flat screens, sound system and playback solutions for a pop-up gym. Not only did they get it done in time but they came in under budget. Can't recommend this company highly enough.

My wife and I were in the process of remodeling our condo and wanted a larger tv in our existing built-in cabinet and were interested in updating and simplifying our sound system in conjuction with the new tv and in specific rooms throughout our condo. Matt came to our home and provided his expertise and suggestions that would meet our needs and also our budget. The cabinet in our Den had to be remodeled to accommodate the new tv and Matt provided the specifications and worked with our contractor to ensure a problem free installation. Roger and Amos were very professional and courteous regarding the installation of our new tv and components. Roger was very patient and helpful explaining the "workings" of the remote and additional components we had installed. We were beyond impressed and very happy with the service this company provided.

Just did a commercial grade wireless system, stereo and TV upgrades, apple tv, wiring, programming etc. professional crew all the way. great job as they figured everything out. now we have fast internet and great AV. Highly recommend them.

I originally hired Surreal Systems for a large project for my business. I was impressed with their work, knowledge base and their devotion to standing behind their work and the product they install. I was so impressed I hired them to update my primary and my vacation homes audio and video. I spent many hours researching companies before hiring Surreal and they are a cut above the rest. If you are on the fence about who to hire or what you want done, Surreal will make you thankful you chose them.

'we have used Surreal for several projects and Matt and his team are top notch. They are very knowledgeable and we are very happy with the television and sound system. We have one remote now that we just have to click once to get to either TV, blueray, music. The service was excellent and we highly recommend Matt, Amos and all his team.
