Texas Oasis

Don't expect a call back. We have used Texas Oasis once before this project so we thought it would be fine, but this project has been nothing but a pain since the start. We had someone out for a quote, emailed them that we'd like to discuss moving forward, we never heard back from that email. While out of town, on our ring camera, we saw the job was starting. We called TX Oasis as soon as we saw them on the camera, but by the time someone got back to us it was obviously too late to stop the job. Since we were told during the initial quote that they would only fix the sprinkler the day they dug the trench, and we were now not home for the job (that we didn't know was happening), you can imagine we were pretty worried about it all working out without us there. The 'solution' was that we opened the garage door remotely for them so they could test all of the zones before leaving. We were told the zones were in working order when they left. We came home, tested the zones ourselves and now one zone turns on when any zone in the yard turns on. We've been calling for months to get this fixed. We did talk to someone at one point & they sent someone out. When that person arrived, we told them the issue & they said 'nothing we can do'. We paid almost $2,000 for this trench and will now be forced to pay for a sprinkler repair.

David Block and his team did a fantastic job solving a long-running drainage problem we had at our then 5 yr old home. David quickly analyzed what the issues were and proposed straightforward solutions. He worked with our gutter installer to recommend both bigger gutters and downspouts as well as better placement of downspouts. Texas Oasis then went to work re-designing the ground drainage and the downspout drainage systems, typing them together and running new sub-surface drain pipes to the street. And David's team did this with minimal disruption to our landscaping. In one problem area, a competitor told us we needed a $5000+ custom system put in place; David looked at the same problem area and fixed it for 1/10th the cost. We did not need them at that point for landscaping, but would hire them in the future without question. We heartily recommend Texas Oasis to provide outstanding work, creative solutions and great follow-through.
