We have extensive experience in traditional and timber frame constructions. Whether you are planning a conservatory, a loft conversion or a new kitchen, or indeed a new house the Planshop offers you expert help and guidance through the maze of planning and building control legislation. We can also help when it comes to choosing a builder and offer advice on budget costs and on the type of contract to use. We can come and visit your property and advise you of your options. We can adjust our ‘design’ input to suit your requirements, so if you know exactly what you what then we can help make that happen. If however you know you what something but are not sure what then we can help there too. Once you are happy with every drawing that we have produced, we can submit them to the council on your behalf as your agent. Having got the necessary approvals we can help you find a builder, or should you wish the works to be professionally overseen we can assist you there too.
