Architect Tom Vavra has more than 30 years of experience in home design and construction. From beginning as a carpenter during college, managing architectural design and development for a top national home builder, creating an award winning Architectural firm, and owning a custom home design/build firm completing 10 to 12 homes per year. Over the past couple of years, Tom has gone back into designing homes for others. These designs are produced for a number of individual clients, as well as some of the top custom home builders in the area. TVA has developed a great staff which offers an outstanding level of service and creativity, always stretching imaginations for each home design and turning client’s needs into spaces that are not only functional but also beautiful. Our exceptional staff includes architects, skilled draftsmen, a specialist in structural analysis and building codes, a graphic artist, and a business manager.
