I have had the pleasure to have worked with Tonya for many years, and each experience has been wonderful. She is an incredibly talented designer with a wealth of knowledge and insight into the field of design. She is great to work with on a personal basis and has an incredible eye for detail. Her rooms shine in a very special way that always seem to challenge me when I am trying to show them at their best with my photography. She shows an excellent sense of design, working with relationships to space, and her simple use of color and textures brings each area alive. One of the best.

We found Tonya through her advertisement with the Philadelphia Urban League Gala. We were looking for an interior designer that shared our values and experiences and we could have done no better than to work with Tonya on our project. We were diving right into home ownership in Philadelphia and that came with its own challenges seeing that we were not used to the vertical living arrangements, more narrow and distinct/segregated rooms so we know we had to get the furnishing/finishes right the first time! We engaged Tonya to help us furnish the entire home (indoor/outdoor) save for a few carry over pieces from our rental flat. Tonya was very patient with us and worked in our target budget range to provide high quality pieces, that were beautiful and within cost targets. In some instances Tonya went far above and beyond what her commitment was to source certain items (some "must-haves" for the design, some vendor challenges, etc.). The end project was a beautifully designed home that wasn't over the top and that was still comfortable and welcoming. Whether its your first foray into the world of using an interior designer or if you've engaged others in the past you'd be very happy to engage Tonya.

When we decided to update our kitchen we asked Tonya to help. Our update became a renovation! What a challenge! Our entire kitchen was gutted! Tonya is a visionary and she designed our new kitchen from top to bottom. She designed from the walls inward. Her design incorporated our lifestyle. The kitchen is the heart of most homes. We wanted our kitchen to be warm..a gathering place, not just a place to cook meals. Mission accomplished! We love our kitchen. We could not have (nor would we want to) redesigned our kitchen without Tonya. She counseled us on colors that incorporated our desires and that made sense. She also selected the artwork that went into the kitchen. We, our family and friends continue to enjoy this wonderful space. We have referred Tonya to others and we will utilize her talents again for other parts of our home. Thanks, Tonya!! We will you much continued success.

Tonya helped us decorate our home shortly after we moved in 12 years ago. She took her time to get to know us, our taste, and the feel that we wanted to convey. Tonya Comer Interiors provided exceptional service in the redesign of our dressing rooms and the overall look of our boutique, so that the experience women now have when they visit us is in alignment with our intention.
