Do NOT order from this company unless you are willing to take a risk on receiving a defective product and never getting your money back. We received a bent TV lift. We called and left a message, never heard back. Then a week later I tried emailing them. I had the most infuriating series of emails back and forth with a guy named Brian who said they would not reimburse b/c they said I had "buyers remorse." I sent photos of the damaged shipping package, the damaged unit, and screenshots of the fact that we called the day we received the product!!! I insisted they reimburse us and took a risk that they would actually reimburse me if I shipped it back to them. I paid myself ($90 shipping) to send the TV Lift back. Then I never heard anything. I emailed again with yet another insistent email 2 weeks after they received the product and eventually, they agreed to reimburse me. It cost me $100 in shipping fees and it's been a saga since November. I'm still waiting to see if the money actually hits my account. UPDATED to say that the money did hit my account.

I ordered an Onyx Fireplace from Touchstone Home Products. I called their customer service department and they helped me pick the right fireplace for my family room and took the time to explain installation options and features to me. I received my order promptly. The fireplace was easy to install and looks great in my family room. The flames look so real, my guests thought it was a gas fireplace. The fireplace is easy to operate with the remote control. An added bonus is you can turn off the heat and still enjoy the fireplace in the summer. I have recommended this fireplace to my friends and family and I would definitely buy from Touchstone Home Products again.

As an Interior Decorator, I use the resources like this for items that you can't find everywhere. This company offers many options for the TV Lift Cabinets, that are gaining in popularity every year. Great resource!
