Marita Simmons Interiors is boutique interior design firm started in 2011. Joined by Krysta Gibbons in 2012, these like-minded talents combined forces after working for top firms in both Chicago and Minneapolis. Each with a background in architectural design, Marita and Krysta rely heavily on the critical relationship of architecture to its interiors. The firm has become known for the effortless way they combine timeless traditional pieces with exuberant and unexpected modern touches. No matter the aesthetic of the client, they assure every detail is executed tastefully breathing life and originality to each project. Marita Simmons Interiors was part of the design team earning a 2014 RAVE award for the category of Remodel/Addition 800 - 3,500 Square Feet. Their projects have also been featured in the Star Tribune and Minneapolis/St.Paul Magazine.
