Pacific Coast Electric - Heating and Air

Be aware. The technicians we had said they received $100 for good reviews. Don't believe the reviews. I gave a good one 3 years ago because the tech need his reward. My experience they didn't fix outlet in garage that was sparking. The tech did something to eliminate my kitchen lighting. I had another of their techs come and he didn't know how to get mty lights back on. I made multiple calls. They agreeded to come back if I pay $89 to fix the damn problem they caused.

We lost power after coming home from vacation and everything was a mess. I called Pacific Coast Electricians and they sent someone out right away! The guys that came were so kind and worked quickly to get my home back in order. I can't say more about how professional and efficient they are.

1/12/2018 Wow! All I can say is the service at Pacific Coast Electricians is stellar. Our power went out a couple of times during the storm this week and when it was restored, only half the house actually had power. I called PG&E, but there were no outages reported in our area. So I called Pacific Coast Electricians at 7:30 the next morning and Anthony Alvarez was on my doorstep before 10AM. He determined that the problem was actually with PG&E and he called them to request the repair. When the man from PG&E arrived, he met with him. In the meantime, he found that our old electrical panel needed to be replaced. (It was 30 years old, had insulation material leaking and had been overheating.) We agreed to the project and the wheels were set in motion. PCE pulled the permit from the city, dealt with PG&E and was ready to go the next morning. Rogelio, Ryan and Guillermo worked at our house for 2 days. They were all extremely pleasant and professional and just really good-natured. They appear to really love what they do and they are very good at it. Rogelio even dropped what he was going to help me carry some recycling to the car when he saw I was struggling to carry it all. How nice is that? I believe the company to have a high level of integrity--I never felt as if I were being up-sold or pressured to have unnecessary work done. The quality of work is excellent and the level of customer service is unparalleled. I liked them so much, they will be my go-to electricians from now on. I actually have other electrical work that needs to be done at the house, and I will have them back as soon as I can get it scheduled. I'm very grateful to have found them and I recommend them in the highest possible terms.

I hired Pacific coastal for Fan Installation was done perfectly. No complains after installation. Good Quality Work done. They have good warranty coverage for the work done.

The two gentlemen that performed the electric circuit installation were prompt, courteous, and professional. I would use Pacific Coast again.

I can't recommend this company enough. From the ladies in the call center to the gentlemen who came to my home. they were so kind, professional, and helpful. Let em expand on what happened. My husband an I bought an older home and apparently, the appliances, computers etc that one need in these times wee stressing out the panels capabilities. Shoot, that panel manufacturer is no longer in business. Circuits wee blowing, and you could see burn marks and corrosion in the panel itself. After some research, I found there are several old panels that are considered potentially dangerous. Long story short, They pulled permits, replace the panel, upgraded my home to be more energy efficient, passed the inspection with flying colors...and got my insurance company to pay for a large portion of the bill. They tried to turn it down at first but Pacific Coast Electricians fought them on my behalf, even asked the inspector to verify the damage claim. who goes to these lengths in customer service? I dumped my insurance company but have a new trusted home service provided. Can't thank them enough.

Called them to come by to address a problem with a breaker. They showed up on time, did the job needed and left without any evidence of working here. Very professional
