Triton Roofing & Solar is top notch! We discovered a leak in the roof over our garage - during a very heavy rain storm unfortunately The project estimator thoroughly explained the cause of the leak and the best plan to fix it. There was no pressure about the job at that moment; he focused on really explaining the situation. The crew that came out worked hard - keeping in mind that we were forecast for more rain. The lead also took the time to explain, from his perspective as the craftsman, the work that he did to completely repair that part of our roof. Everyone I spoke with very professional from start to finish, and I highly recommend Triton Roofing & Solar!

Triton did our roof after hail damage. I would never recommend this company. We had hail damage and the roof needed replacing. They only sent out 2 men to replace our 1929 Craftsman roof, in the Historic District. The roofing job was so poorly done that we had rain leaks into our attic for two rains after their work. Prior to that we had been trying to get them to come out and repair the nine inch nails driven into the soffit that was clearing visible around the entire perimeter of our home. Our electric sunroof was damaged to the point that it needs to be replaced and is now non functional. The electrical component of the sunroof was fully functional after the hail storm but not after Triton's roofers "repaired" our roof. Their workmen tore off the old roof, twisted the metal frame of one of the electric operated sun shades that covered the sun roof. It will need to be replaced at a cost of $2,700. When we told them they needed to fix the horrid visual and unprofessional workmanship of 9" nails through the soffit, they said it was our fault. That the home was so old, it was just too bad and that we would need to replace the soffit. It took much talking back and forth, numerous phone calls, photos of the damage, and talking to the almost non existent presence of a "working oversite manager" to finally have Triton come out and "snip off" (Tritons term), the overly long nail points coming through the eaves of our home that Triton's seemly overworked, under supervised, and not exactly proficient roofers had inflicted on our roof. Triton had to negotiate with our painters to have them paint over the soffit "nail snipping" damage and make it somewhat invisible. We discovered the leaks to the roof into the attic after the first rain after roof completion. We would not have noticed but fortunately our attic at that point was unfinished. I heard the leak dripping in the living room and we could source the actual leak in the unfinished attic space. I will say fortunately, because the water leak was directly over the electrical outlet for one of the undamaged but poorly sealed electric skylights. This 2nd skylight was not damaged, other than sloppy sealants, new roof tile separations and drainage flows that did not appear to be code. But the electrical current was active and the water leak was right above the electrical outlet. It took Triton 2 attempts to fix this. The 2nd rain and a different workman finally fixed it, I hope! During this project, Triton kept going back to our insurance Company to request more funds. Our Insurance company was very generous initially, but after three requests for more funds from Triton our insurance Company said that our coverage may be in jeopardy. I wanted to write a review for Triton immediately. But thought to wait until after winter snow melt and more Spring rain and wind to see if the "fixes" they did, after much duress from us, actually would work or if more problems would surface. I noticed that the photos that houzz has used for Triton's "exemplary" work may be false advertising. From our experience, Triton did not have the expertise to work on historical homes or any home other than a prefab or a new tract home that has particle board as the main support frame. I wish I had saved photos of the soffit damage but the whole experience was so stressful I wanted to forget the whole fiasco. I absolutely do not recommend them. I feel it was one of the worst home improvement experiences we have ever undertaken.

Triton Solar is by far the best company I have ever had to work with. They explained everything to me, and it was so simple. The only hold up was the city that was out of Triton's control, but they kept me informed on every step of the process of what the city was having issues with and why. Triton Solar took care of it all and kept me informed during the whole process. Triton Solar made sure I had a scheduled timeline of when and how things were going to happen. They came and completed the install in one day and I was up and running a few weeks later after the electricians and inspection was done. I have noticed a significant decrease in my utilities bill and Todd the owner checks my usage and panels regularly and informs me if he sees any issues, which of course there are none. Most of the time I forget that is up there. I don't have to do anything except pay less money to the utilities. The financing was a snap and Dave the salesman explained everything to me, and I had to fill out paperwork online and it was done. I am getting a very large refund just as they said I would on my taxes so I can apply that to my outstanding balance. The payments to the finance company is very low less than $100 a month. There was no down payment or upfront cost for Triton it was all financed. It was the easiest purchase I have ever made thanks to Triton Solar. Thanks Triton you folks rock!

I had my roof replaced in June and was very impressed with Triton from the initial inspection, proposal, and final project completion. I need my roof replaced again following the July 2016 hail storm and have already contacted Triton for an estimate.

This is our second Triton roof, Todd came out on a Saturday morning to check out the roof damage and lucky noticed that one of the plastic roof vents had been smashed in by tennis ball size hail in the 28 July 2016 hail storm. Fortunately he had a tarp in the back of his pickup which he used to cover the vent until the insurance adjuster could evaluate the exterior damage. Once the red tape was completed Triton got the GAF roof supplies ordered and installed just prior to our first snow storm! This is a very prompt, thorough and professional company with quality employees! My wife and I recommend them often!

Triton Roofing was expert in their planing and the finished work. Justin Baker was helpful in every aspect of the project. This is the third roof they have repaired for me. Good to have trustworthy folks around!

Triton Roofing replaced our roof due to hail damage. They were so easy to work with and very professional. They took the time to explain options on the roof and gutters and want they thought would look best. They completed the job on time. The crew took pains to make sure any nails were picked up so our dogs wouldn't step on them. They were a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend them.
