Terrible. I placed an order a month ago and still have not received any items. They are now not responding to emails and the number provided just rings out. Very disappointing and potentially lost out on a large sum of money. There seems to be a few other customers in the same boat after reading these reviews. Stay away or report to trading standards.

This is another one of those too good to be true companies. I purchased some basin taps and wastes via their website, only to be informed the payment hadn't completed properly and the order was cancelled (I wish i'd left it there). I confirmed that the issue was with their system and once they'd got back to me, i reordered the same items. This time payment was taken and i believed all was well. However, the items have not arrived, they are no longer responding to my emails and the phone number provided just rings through (strange, when i was getting instant responses to my emails, whilst i was making the purchase!). I have now cancelled the order and requested a refund (wonder if i'll ever get it) and will follow up with paypal and my creditcard provider to regain the money.
Long story short, stay away from this company! They're a scam!!!

Honestly stay away. Spent 22 days chasing with emails, No communication of delay, blames third party, staff rude, no contact number for this company so all emails, told numerous of times you’ll get a reply on a certain day then they never get back and feed you excuses. Items of poor quality, so stressful dealing with the customer service team, Directors apparently aware of issue but got nothing to say for themself. Never dealt with such an awful company, no customer service skills what so ever. No communication between the staff, one tell you one thing and the same day someone tells you something else, full of lies. Not one to go out my way to write reviews but this company need investigating. Felt so let down as a customer and so frustrated and got no where at all. Awful experience

Awful experience.
Ordered "in stock" goods for a bathroom refit. Indicated delivery date passed with *no* communications from the UK Bathrooms to indicate there was any issues. After contacting them repeatedly a few days outside of this window, they blamed an issue on their supplier (which shouldn't have been an issue, as these items were (still are!!!) marked as in stock in their warehouse!), however 2 days further on I'm still yet to receive *any* communications from UK Bathrooms on the situation.
I'm left without a bathroom, paying for labour that has nothing to do, without a single ounce of care. I'd say avoid at all cost, wish i read the reviews prior to ordering from them.

UKBathrooms.com customer service is the WORST I have ever experienced. Be warned.
I ordered a full shower room suite On the 13th of March receiving delivery on the 27th of March. It arrived boxed and wrapped on a pallet as you may expect for a large order, which was put straight into my garage by the delivery company where I ticked off all the boxes back to the order list. Unfortunately I didn't unpack all the boxes at the time as my builders were currently putting up internal walls (learn from my mistake and check every item thoroughly on delivery).
When we opened the packages the toilet was incomplete (we had received the toilet pan but no cistern or seat / lid).
I immediately contacted UKbathrooms.com and explained the issue, to which I got a prompt polite response.
A following 7 email's and the response has got less helpful / more aggressive each time. I have sent pictures of what was delivered and had no response for weeks. Apparently the issue is that of the supplier, is under investigation and then latterly is my fault for not opening the box straight away and checking every item thoroughly...
I thoroughly recommend spending your money elsewhere.

SCAM.. We purchased a Villeroy & Boch basin. The first arrived smashed to pieces, they sent out another which had a big crack. There was zero packaging in the box. Now they won’t respond to our emails. Our customer has a new born baby and we’ve had to cancel on her twice now. They’ve taken our money and scammed us. Shocking experience.. Steer clear!

Terrible company to deal . Would refund or let me change the colour of the unit I ordered even though it was in stock. Delivery was a month later . Bad email communication. Please be warned .

We paid £620 for a Wc the cistern was 10mm out of line with the bowl! They pretty much told us tough take us to court.
We spent £1646.40 on a quality shower screen, we checked it when delivered for any breakages, we didn’t take the time to check every part was the boxes within 7 days, almost an impossible task on a full rebuild and very little bathroom fitter time! Anyway it turns out that one of the glass panels and fixing brackets was missing! All they said was you should have checked within 7 days! Know they want us to buy another panel from them! Even the fact we have to deal with two very large faults on their behalf! They take no responsibility! I wish I paid the extra at a shop where people are accountable and helpful! Be careful with this lot! I doubt if I would have noticed in 7 days, if anything would have been different based on their customer NON- service with the expensive Wc! If you can think of the worst swear word that’s how I feel about this company!

We placed an order for a Bath on 19 December which was advertised as in stock and would take 5-10 working days to be delivered. It’s now 29 January and there is still no sign of the Bath. It’s been over 5weeks of waiting and having to chase UK Bathrooms for an update. Even if I give them the benefit of the doubt due to Christmas and Covid this is a significant delay and the customer service I have received is shockingly poor. There is no phone number so I have to email and most of my emails are ignored. I have also asked to speak to the manager and how to complain but my questions are ignored. I shouldn’t have to chase and the company should be updating me on my order (which they haven’t done) particularly as this is having an impact on delaying finishing my bathroom, causing unnecessary costs, stress and shortly when I move into my property I will not be able to wash / take a Bath. I completely regret ordering from this company who have already taken my money. I am now questioning whether this company is a scam. I absolutely do not recommend ordering anything from this company. The service is appalling and who knows if I will ever receive my product.

No telephone numbers! Chat line cuts you off most of the time and that’s if there’s anyone there. Delivery times not as advertised, you will need to speak to the delivery company yourself and sort it as Uk bathrooms don’t have a clue! They give out wiring delivery dates and then you can’t get hold of them and they e we not refund your money. We have contacted trading standards.

A very good website with good prices, but that is where it ends. Not a nice aftersales service, not knowing when goods would arrive. No person to speak to but a form. People turn up at your door unannounced with large packages.

Awful customer service. I placed an order 3 weeks ago for a full V&B bathroom suite, and was informed that the bathtub isn't readily available and would require an extra 4-6 weeks. The communication with the company was haphazard, but I decide to give them the benefit of doubt. They agreed to dispatch the other items which were available in the normal time frame, and this was confirmed both by telephone and email. I waited patiently for 3 weeks only to find out today that the whole order is still pending. They took my money (almost £10,000) more than 3 weeks ago and couldn't be bothered to follow up with an email or a phone call. And then they had the nerve to suggest that it was somehow my fault! No apology, no effort to fix the problem. Of course we all understand that supply chains across the world have been disrupted this year and that would have been a perfectly reasonable justification to decline my order, but it is not reasonable to take someone's money and not fulfil your commitment.
