Sal, I wish to acknowledge the wonderful job you and your team did in redesigning my 30 year old landscaping. From our initial meeting, I found your approach to the job much more understandable than the other two proposals I received. Unlike the other two companies, you did not just throw a bunch of plant names at me and expect me to be able to visualize it You brought me books full of different plants and colors to help me show what each looked like. You then took all that information and laid it all out on a survey of my property to give me an idea of the final version. When Pablo and his crew came out, they were excellent in following the design, arriving promptly, and cleaning everything up at the end of each day. We can not praise the owner Sal enough for his amazing work ethic. The entire crew are truly outstanding in service. Communication was excellent and we had answers and assistance all along the way. From the initial consultation to the delivery, we were extremely pleased with the time it took to reach the final product. We have yet to go one day in our front yard without a passer by giving a compliment on our new landscape. We have and will continue to recommended Universal Landscape to our neighbors and friends. Our family owns “Mario The Baker”, a family Italian restaurant located in Royal Palm Beach. After years of so, so jobs we found Sal at Universal Landscape… They did a complete overhaul of our landscape at the restaurant and we couldn’t be happier! From start to finish there was literally no stone left unturned. Sal is one of the most professional business owners you will ever deal with and his crew takes real pride in their work. He has also recently done some landscaping at my house and it is flawless. We will never call anyone else!

Sal, owner of Universal Landscape, is an extraordinarily creative talent. His design work is unique and beautiful. He is also a good listener. We didn’t know what we wanted but we knew what we did not want, that being our house looking “routine.” We wanted lots of color and a unique flair with unusual plantings. He absolutely nailed it!! Our entire property is stunning. Sal is also a kind and thoughtful person and a pleasure with whom to work. He’s professional and knowledgeable. We call him the “Michelangelo of landscape design“

We did a complete landscaping renovation of our yard which was the best thing that could have happened to it! All the 20-year old planting that was overgrown or thinning was removed and new healthy plants were put in. Sal was wonderful coordinating everything and showing us how to care for our new plants (as well as showing us the information about how to care for them on the web site). Pedro, Julio and Matteo were the hardest working guys imaginable. They went above and beyond to clean out 3 clumps of Areca palms and dig out the 4th one as well as pulling out over 30 ancient Ficus bushes! Our yard looks amazing. They really are "Universal" Landscaping!

From designing to completion, Sal and his crew were responsive, professional, and hardworking. They were extremely attentive to our wants and needs and they totally transformed our side yard. Can’t wait to use them again!!

Great experience with this company. The owner, Sal is extremely knowledgeable and very patient. Sal was top notch and he combined my ideas with his expertise and created exactly what I wanted. Universal just completed a major drainage and water redirection for me as well as some minor landscaping. They were extremely professional. They responded quickly to my request and were very prompt in coming out to do the work. The guys worked really hard in the heat with few breaks. They did an awesome job. Everything turned out better than I even expected. When I chose to make a few changes midway through the project, they were onboard and followed through with my wishes. They knew the science behind my drainage issues and did what was correct- not what was easy. Such a nice group of guys!

From start to finish this company was EXCELLENT! Our project began with Sal, who took our unfinished backyard and turned it into our own resort style oasis on paper. His renderings were very detailed and easy to visualize what the finished project would look like. From there, we were passed over to our project manager Vince. Vince showed up with his crew on the first day of our transformation on time and prepared to get busy. They laid out their design and confirmed that we were happy with the plan. Over the course of a day and a half, Vince and his crew built our new backyard. During their time on my property, they were clean, respectful, and accommodating to our last minute changes. Overall, I would give this company 10 stars if it was an option! We are looking forward to working with them again.
