Vera Planning & Design Services

Vera Planning & Design Services (VPDS) is a building design, urban design, planning, and landscape design firm, that has serviced California and international markets since 2011. VPDS provides sustainable design services to homeowners, developers, as well as established architecture and planning firms, such as Kendall Planning + Design (KPD), that have retained VPDS services for the design of commercial and residential projects. As a sub-consultant to KPD, VPDS produced the urban design concept for a project commissioned by the Los Angeles Department of Transportation under the APA -LA Award winning People St Program, the Leimert Park Village Plaza. As a sub-consultant to KPD, VPDS also managed the Safe Routes to School initiative from 2011 to 2014 for the Santa Monica Malibu Unified School District, prepared planning documents and design graphics for USC's Pedestrian and Bicycle Master Plan, and provided marketing services to promote California's Energy Upgrade Program.
