Virgin Carpets installed hard wood floor in master bedroom 3 years ago and through no fault of theirs, grain on one of the boards raised. Rich at Virgin Carpets immediately sent experienced installer Tim to assess the issue. Within one week Tim returned and corrected issue within two hours, replacing damaged boards! No charge and complete satisfaction! Replaced trim and completely cleaned work area as though they weren’t even here! Great company! Would highly recommend!

Over the last year I have remodeled several items in my house and will say that the best experience that I had was with Virgin Carpets. From the initial sales call to completed installation everything was exceptional and without issue. The installation teams that were in my house were professional and turned the project around quickly with quality work. They even took the time to show me the shortcuts that they were fixing from the previous installers. I couldn't be happier about the finished product and would recommend Virgin to anyone considering flooring!

Virgin Carpets provided me with timely, professional and quality carpet replacement. As a first time home owner, I expected the pricing to be fairly expensive. However, I was surprised that I had so many options for carpet! Given my circumstances of having a large dog and a crazy schedule, they helped me pick out a carpet that would last through every day life but provided comfort and cushion to help alleviate daily stress. The services provided fell right into my price range and the staff were so knowledgeable and friendly! I was referred to Virgin Carpets and will definitely be recommending them to others!

Great selection of products and great service. We decided to remove old flooring in our family room, kitchen, and bathroom to install wooden laminate. The installers are efficient and organized. They moved tons of furniture, removed old carpet and ceramic tile, and completed the job on time. They even redid and stained our new baseboard. We loved the finished product.

Your entire team made the whole experience, from start to finish, easy and pleasant. I was most impressed with the installers who were courteous and efficient, keeping me informed every step of the way. The pet/kid-friendly carpet and luxury vinyl wood planks they installed look great and are just what I envisioned. I look forward to working with Rich and his team again in the future.
