We made the mistake of going with another contractor initially because of the long lead-time to start with Warner’s. In the end, the other contractor fled before finishing and left us with a half-done deck that no one else would touch. Unless we wanted to start over from scratch, no one would pick-up and continue where the other left off except for Chris. Chris and his team went above and beyond to do us a favor by willing to help get it completed and get us into his schedule to finish the deck. It still took awhile before our job was in queue and we had many errors that needed to be corrected from the previous contractor, but Chris was more than fair, working with us to help keep the overall costs down as he identified the issues along the way. Our deck design consisted of circular designs and multi-levels which required a lot of skill to bend and curve all the custom pieces. This is where Chris' team excelled and would never settle on a piece that wasn't right and would remake pieces until the curves looked amazing. If it wasn't for Chris, we would probably still be staring at a half-done deck 2 yrs later. If you want an amazing deck / design, you get what you pay for and you'll get every dollar you spend with Warner’s Decking. We couldn't be happier with the result and love every minute seating out on it. Chris and his team at Warner's Decking, emphasize customer satisfaction being their #1 goal, and they completely exceeded it.

I was miffed originally when I saw that my contract included an addendum that ask that I leave a review on two sites. That was, until Chris and I chatted and I understood the rationale behind the ask. They need not have bothered. Their work speaks for itself. Sayeth an incredibly picky person. The process was top notch. They took care of everything, from the planning to the selection to the permits and final inspection. They were on time and on point. And the result is amazing. It looks much better than I thought it would. The crew was amazing, early, courteous and accommodating. I would recommend Chris and his team without hesitation. And please do leave them a review if you use them. Their business lives or dies based on recent reviews.

The quality of the workmanship was superb. Everything from start to finish was done with top of class thoroughness. Customer service and communication was excellent. Work crews were friendly and very experienced. I am more than pleased, expectations far exceeded, i wish i had more deck projects to do.

After seeing the workmanship and attention to detail off some of the decks in our subdivision, we reached out to Warner's decking. I am very happy we did. They made the whole process easy. Everyone from the office staff all the way through the final inspection. Great communication from the office staff, the designer was able to answer all of our questions. The work staff was prompt, professional, neat and showed they really cared how the final product turned out. I would highly recommend them to anyone and have neighbors already booking with them after seeing the deck they installed for us.

We love our new deck! Warner Decking is a wonderful company that is professional, friendly, and does quality work. We were very pleased with their service and attention to detail. They were able to be flexible when needed. For example, the original plan for a staircase had to change because of a potential fire hazard of it being too close to a pool heater. The owner, Chris Warner, came out the next day and suggested some fixes. Chris is a really nice man who has decades of experience in building homes and decks. His team that had worked on our deck (Jay and Brian) were both super nice, professional, polite, and clean. It was amazing how clean they left the construction site each day. They always had a smile for us. And boy, did they build a beautiful and extremely high quality deck. If a hurricane came, we are positive that our house would be gone but our deck would be still standing. We were also impressed by the entire team. Sabina and Shelby were very nice on emails. They would send emails detailing what to expect, when the workers could not come because of weather (we had our deck built towards the end of winter and they couldn’t work in the snow), and would return emails promptly. We got the impression that Warner Decking is both a top notch company but with an almost family feel. We would definitely hire Warner Decking in the future if need be (they also do kitchens and basements), and would definitely recommend them. A++!

From start to finish, the guys were very professional. Can't speak highly enough about Alfredo and his team. They were fantastic, and Alfredo's attention to detail was amazing. When an issue came up, Alfredo was quick to problem solve and ensure that it was resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. Couldn't be happier with the appearance and quality of our new deck! Our neighbors are jealous!!

As part of a large backyard pool project, our family needed an existing 2nd story deck replaced. After reviewing bids from multiple TrexPro contractors, we hired Warner’s Decking. A few of the construction techniques used by Warner’s Decking stood out from the competition, and made Warner’s the right company for our job. These techniques include a) helical piers, b) joist planing, and c) mitered stair stringers. Warner’s uses helical piers as an alternative to traditional concrete footings and piers. Helical piers offer the advantage of fast installation and being able to build on them the day they are installed. The benefit for our job, however, was avoiding root damage the footings specified by our architect would have inflicted on our trees. Warner’s bid specified planing of the deck joists. Planing the joists removes the subtle crown and inconsistencies (high spots) in the deck framing that would normally translate to a slightly wavy deck. Our deck is dead flat. It’s perfect! A big difference between Warner’s and the other bids we reviewed was how the joint between the stair risers and stair stringers was constructed. If you’re not familiar, the cut end of a Trex board is not very attractive. Most contractors make a 90-degree butt joint where the stair riser and stair stringer meet, leaving an exposed end on the stair riser. This technique wasn’t attractive to us, and no contractor, other than Warner’s offered a solution. Warner’s technique is to cut a 45-degree miter on the stair riser and stringer, resulting in a much better looking joint. I’m guessing Warner’s is able to do this because of their skilled carpenters. Alfredo was the crew foreman on our job. Alfredo is a true professional, works quickly, and produces beautiful work with meticulous details. Alfredo arrived at least 20 minutes before his quoted start time each day. Since there were multiple trades on our construction site on any given day, I met with Alfredo each morning to review the plan for the day. The inevitable changes were discussed, triaged, and incorporated into the plan. Communication overall, from Sabina in the office, down to Alfredo and Brian on our job site, was exceptional. While writing this review, our deck is approximately 6-months old. Our Trex Rain Escape system has been leak-free and flawless. In summary, our deck was constructed according to our architect’s plans and we are extremely satisfied with the end product.

Warner Decking did a great job and I'm a picky customer that demands quality! The quality, workmanship, professionalism and attention to detail, can not be beat. They were friendly, attentive, helpful and the workmen were courteous throughout the process. They are a company you can trust and will do the job right. The attention to detail is beyond what we were expecting and the overall result is impressive. We are very happy that we opted for Warner's and will recommend to anyone that is looking for a quality deck built!

It is rare that I will take the time to review a business like this, but with the amazing experience we had, it seemed almost sinful not to write one. We were in dire need of a new deck as our old wooden one had begun to rot. It was not only awful to look at, but it was quickly becoming dangerous. I decided to bite the bullet and save myself future headaches by going with the Trex product. I researched several companies approved to sell and install this product, and I liked what I read about Warner's. However, not having many good experiences lately with contractors, I was wary. I scheduled an initial appointment with Chris. He was very accommodating right off the bat in getting the right day and time we needed. He could NOT have been any nicer, more professional or more forthcoming on what we could expect. I liked the product very much, and I liked Chris' attitude and dedication to being a perfectionist. I hired him the same day. Unfortunately for us, we found Warner's late in the spring, so we had to wait until beginning of August before our project could start. It was WORTH THE WAIT. The crew that did all the work - Reed and Joel, to be specific - were FANTASTIC! Not only were they very nice, very funny and generally good guys, they were also very, very good at what they do. They were efficient, they were always on time (actually earlier than I would've believed), and they kept at it even in the rain (as long as it wasn't a downpour or lightening). They even treated our dog as part of the family and asked if she could be out with them sometimes. It was adorable.. "Can Sunny come out and play?" LOVED IT! On top of all this - they were helpful, professional and wonderful when an unexpected problem came up due to how our previous deck had been installed. When they removed the old deck, they realized the part of the house it had been up against was never properly sealed, and there was mold and rot on the outside wall. I went into a panic, and they were great about calming me down. Not only that, but they were able to fix it for us as part of the job, so the delay was minimal. I will be forever grateful for this. If you have been burned by contractors who are incompetent, unreliable con men, go for a breath of fresh air and choose Warner's. Is it cheap? No. However, it is more than on par with the cost of this product. And you GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Faith in humanity restored.
