Lume Landscape Lighting

Unfortunately I've had to edit my initial review of this company. After being happy with my initial interaction with Justin and Lume Lighting, I have attempted to contact them for an additional installation for several months now. After exchanging a few emails to schedule an estimate, the company has now completely ignored my phone calls and emails. I have been courteous, patient and understanding that they may be busy with other customers. However, to not even have the courtesy to return phone calls or emails is unacceptable, especially when dealing with a former customer that paid thousands of dollars to the company. I rarely write negative reviews of companies, especially small companies to whom I to try to support with much of my business, but I find it extremely rude and totally unprofessional to just completely ignore customers. I can no longer recommend nor support using this business for your landscaping needs as they seem to not care or support current or former customers.
