Kim is very professional, respectful, and great to work with. She completely redesigned our kitchen because it was outdated. What I liked best about working with Kim was that she listened to what we wanted, and was very amenable to our needs and ideas. Her out of the box solutions made the space highly functional, modern and stylish. Kim ensured everything was done in a timely manner. She sourced the best materials and finishes in keeping with our budget. It looks fantastic!

We had the pleasure of working with Kim Teron Design Studios in 2017 when my husband and I renovated our new home. It was our first experience going through a major renovation, and it turned out beautifully! We owe much of that success to Kim’s expertise and attention to detail. She was with us for our kitchen design and renovation. The space was completely transformed, which created many challenges along the way regarding spacing, sizing, plumbing, electrical, etc. I was constantly reassured when she would see an issue before it happened. She always disclosed it to us, communicated effectively with the trades involved, and continued to keep the final vision in mind. From a design perspective, we could not have been happier. It has now been over 1 year, and we still love everything about our kitchen area from the colour choices to its very efficient functionality. It is a space our friends and family love as well. Kim considered things that we would never have thought of or known we wanted. As well, she came up with custom ideas to fit our needs. Furthermore, we really liked that she was open to exploring new connections and resources on her end. Because of that, we have a very unique and one of a kind Walnut-Wood island. We appreciated her approach when helping us choose our design layouts, finishes, etc. The key words being “our choices.” Kim was very hands-on, gave well thought-out options, but also gave expert support and recommendations in helping us renovation-newbies make decisions. What I think allowed all of this to come to fruition was her desire, as a designer, to take the time to get to know us. She was always easily reached, preferred to take time and go over things in person, honest and personable, respected our budget, and clearly puts her clients first.

I had many consultations with Kim on the masterpiece she created at Cathedral Hill with the merger of the 3 suites on the 12th floor.
