We hired Prime Value to remove and replace the flat roof on our newly purchased townhouse. They completed the work in three days, were communicative throughout the entire process providing us with updates and photos, were affordable, and did a great job. They also installed 2 brand new skylights, rebuilt the skylight frame that had rotted away, and replaced our old gutter. Throughout the job, their team was friendly, efficient and always cleaned up after themselves. We not only recommend Prime Value to anyone looking for work done, we are going to ask for them to work on the next job immediately.

It's never a pleasure to put a new roof on your house. Never. However, The Prime Value team came close to making that happen. It would be easier and quicker to mention here what aspect(s) of their work did not rate the big * * * * *. Here I go : Got that? They promised a lot, more than the other four bidders, and kept every promise, described the process to me in complete detail, kept me informed as we progressed, did a helluva great job on my new roof ... and I saw lots of smiles among the employees. Let's hope other businesses figure out & implement how Prime Value does what they do. Maybe, just maybe they did make it a pleasure.

Two years ago, Prime Value Home Remodeling did a fantastic job on my rain gutters. So, when I found my roof leaking from multiple places, I called them up again. They did a complete replacement of my roof and these guys were awesome. As promised, 15 guys showed up around 7:30 AM with a dump truck and completely tore off the old roof. Then I watched as they replaced the deteriorated plywood with new ones. Finally, they added layer upon layer of GAF, SBS, and Karnak roofing material to give me multiple layers of protection. My old roof was a horrible mess. It was a layover from an inexperienced contractor who even used regular nails which apparently is an absolute no-no in the world of roofing since it will go through multiple layers of roofing and some of the nails were even starting to come out which would allow even more water to penetrate. Prime specializes in roofing and it shows. There's such a pleasure in watching guys work who only do one job and do it ridiculously well. Their technique and skill were excellent.

I needed a roof repair as well as a complete siding replacement. The work came out to look very nice and the siding made my home look brand new. Prime Value kept in touch with me throughout the job and worked with all my needs. Thank you!

Morgan was a pleasure to work with. I have a busy work schedule and am not home for most of the time. Morgan worked with me and made sure to accommodate me and the little time that I do have which I really appreciated. I was given all the information the same day of my estimate in regards to what was needed to complete the job, and Prime Value's crew was out the next day working on my home. Very professional company and easy to work with, I would recommend them to anyone.

Overall I am very satisfied with my roof replacement. I was able to see all the progress thanks to Chris and the use of their drone. I received my free estimate the same day, and the turn around time for the roof replacement was quick. Seems they have a large crew of workers to get jobs done quick and easy.
