I’m your architect and my goal is to give you the knowledge so you can advance your dream of creating the ideal home for you and your family. I'm a father, husband and architect. My firm, Whitewash Studio, is located in Brookhaven, Georgia, just inside the perimeter on the north side of Atlanta. Each week I host a variety of programs from a podcast to live video streaming, all focused on providing you with information related to design and construction. My goal is to demystify the design and construction process in a way that will allow you to move your project forward towards success. We have just moved from Texas to Atlanta and purchased our first stucco home. When we purchased our home it was extremely white with no character. Thanks to Marc Sawyer's vision we now have a house that we are very proud to call home. The elevation of colors he suggested were amazing! It has totally changed the feel of our home. We have had so many compliments on the colors used and the curb appeal is outstanding! Allison Pugh

Whitewash Studio did the architectural plans for the upgrades to main living area of our house. Marc (our architect) was attentive to our needs and interests, and continued to work with us as we worked through several versions until we found the one the suited our needs. Our renovations, which combined our living room, dining room and kitchen to a common open-area great room, and created a master bed/bath suite, were completed last year and we couldn't be happier! Marc is also a huge proponent of technology; he does not hesitate to use FaceTime to communicate and generated/shared 3D models. I would eagerly recommend his services to anyone in need!!!

Working with Marc was an absolute pleasure from the very start. His attention to detail and the amount of time he spent with us was amazing. He had excellent ideas and is very talented. His knowledge and desire to please truly made the process easy and enjoyable.
