Westphall Remodeling

From our initial consultation Brad, to the final touches, everything went great. We were looking to make better space from a large guest bathroom and we were able to get just what we wanted. Before construction began we worked with some of Brad's associates to pick our cabinets, tile, and granite. They were also very helpful in helping us figure out exactly what we were looking for. During the remodel period we saw Brad or Kleigh everyday making sure things were going as planned and making adjustments when necessary. In the beginning Brad said it would take about 5 weeks from start to finish, and he was right on. The price seemed very fair and reasonable for the amount and quality of work produced. In addition, all the trade crews they brought in were professional and highly skilled. We would recommend anyone considering a remodel to give Brad a call.

Westphall Remodeling delivered quality workmanship and was on schedule as promised. The work involved enclosing a second story open balcony area to create additional living space. Brad delivered as promised and we couldn't be happier with how the project went. We did receive a slightly lower bid from another company but had been down that road before and were impressed with Brad's overall knowledge of design and construction and the way they handled the whole process. Westphall Remodeling kept us updated throughout while the project was underway and all of their workers were neat and courteous. We would happily recommend Westphall Remodeling!

Job turned out excellent. We saw Brad on 1 or 2 more home remodeling websites. Their reviews were outstanding. After completing our home office enclosure and hall bath remodel it was easy to see how they have earned their great reputation over the years. The job consisted of a new wall to enclose an existing space which also included a french door. The work also involved electrical, drywall, trim and paint and wood flooring. Our hallway bathroom consisted of a complete make-over. We received 3 other bids for our project and Westphall Remodeling was right in the middle. The overall cost was right around what we expected and the end result was excellent .

We were very pleased with our project as well as the overall construction process. Brad had an exceptional vision for the design of the project which was beyond what we had initially came up with on our own. The job included a living room expansion and new outdoor kitchen BBQ area. The outer wall was a load bearing wall and required a substantial new beam along with some other structural work. The final finishes on the project turned out just as we had hoped and we couldn't be happier with the job.

Westphall has just completed an awesome kitchen and bath remodel and new wood flooring for us. Excellent from start to finish. He really cares about making your project become a reality. I would recommend to anyone I know.

We hired Westphall Remodeling for a complete kitchen remodel. We were very pleased with the results. The work went well and was within our budget. Brad and his suppliers helped guide us through and coordinate our material and color selections and the process was very well organized. Our thanks go out to Westphall Remodeling for the fantastic job they did on our kitchen! All of our cabinets, countertops, backsplashes and flooring areas were completed replaced. New updated lighting was added throughout along with LED lighting below upper cabinets. We also added a new gas stove and custom hood and widened a pass-through to the dining area. Brad Westphall was great to work with and his team helped us with all of our selections. This project was one that was long overdue and it couldn't have gone better!

I hired Westphall Remodeling to tear down an existing doorway and to create a new floor to ceiling revision in our house. Brad Westphall visited at the agreed upon time to discuss the project, and provided us with an estimate and a date that he would be available to begin the work. The job was completed on time and slightly under budget. The workers also cleaned up after themselves, leaving the area spotless. Their workmanship was precise, neatly done and exactly what we wanted. In these days of cost overruns and poor service, it was a pleasure to work with Westphall Remodeling. I would unhesitatingly hire them again and refer them to others.

The entire process was a pleasure. In our 30 years in San Antonio and third home, no contractor has come close to providing the quality and service of Westphall Remodeling. If decisions needed to be made on site, although we were always consulted, we really didn’t need to be home. Brad’s and his team’s standards and eye for quality are that high. We very strongly recommend the company.The project nearly doubled a 13 ft. wide room from 13 ft. long to 22 ft. long. Our 4000 square foot custom home is 5 years-old and built with attention to detail. The project was completed in two and a half weeks. Brad did absolutely everything he said he would: from outstanding quality to daily punctuality and he even beat his timeline. Although a smaller project for Brad, it was a complex one involving many trades.During the planning process, Brad asked us detailed questions concerning the design and our expectations. Brad arranged for visits by the window, electric and stucco sub-contractors to estimate their work. Before even speaking with another company, Brad was our first choice based on his thoughtful and thorough planning. Brad and his talented superintendent met daily at our home to discuss the day’s work plan. The superintendent’s extensive construction background allowed him to anticipate problems and achieve quality work from all trades. All in all, it was a very pleasurable experience dealing with Brad.

Westphall remodeling is very attentive, punctual and professional....I would recommend them highly. Twenty words are not necessary to recommend a good company.

Remodeled about 40% of the house including total expansion and renovation of the kitchen; expanding and renovating the den to also incorporate the previously unair-conditioned, glassed-in patio; added a second floor room and bath; renovated the laundry room; and repainted and refloored (wood flooring) the entire renovated area. Westphall was very responsive to my request for an estimate; providing it in one week. Once they were selected for the project, planning was completed and building permits received in an expeditious manner. Soon thereafter the work began and overall was completed ahead of schedule and within the estimated cost. Westphall oversaw the work, including numerous sub-contractors, on virtually a daily basis. Their quality assurance of work preformed was excellent insuring my total satisfaction with the final products. Westphall was extremely responsive to the inevitable changes requested throughout a large project as mine. Cost estimates for modifications to the original plans were received in a timely manner so that savings were realized because unnecessary work prompted by the modifications was avoided, yet the work was never delayed.
