She worked around our schedule and met us on the weekends or evenings. I really appreciated her being so flexible. When we found the right home, Carmen advised us on what to offer. We got the home for much lower than list price. Some issues came up during the inspection and Carmen negotiated for the Seller to cover the repairs. I love my new home and we couldn't be happier.”
