“We were very pleased to find this company. Josh was responsive, professional and knowledgeable when we first met with him.
As we spoke with him and gained confidence in his abilities and honesty, our single project increased to 3. We had him build and install an relatively unusual wall unit in our family room, a more conventional one in an upstairs media room and a complete rebuild of our master closet. Josh's estimates were based on actual material cost (he provided receipts) plus a reasonable hourly rate for labor. In the end, he was spot-on in his estimates...which we felt were quite reasonable, particularly when compared with what our builder would have charged. Josh does ask for material costs and half of the labor costs up front. This is not unreasonable for a small business like his.
While Josh does design and build but not finish-out, he can recommend people who will complete the work. The end result for all of our projects is quite nice. We highly recommend him for the type of work we had done.”
