Ferron is such a pleasure to work with. He worked hard on this project from the estimate all the way through. The project is not yet totally done yet but it's almost there. He and Ryder Lary, along with Kenny Beattie of Beattie Earthworks lifted my house and put in a foundation. Along the way, there were many challenges--springs running under the house, rotted floor joists, a chimney built on to a slab posing some dangerous excavating moments, not to mention the inherent challenge of installing a basement under an existing house. Through it all they worked with patience and good humor. Quality work which will make my house safe, sturdy and warm for years to come. I highly recommend Griffin Builders.”
