“I recently had a total re-do of the exterior of my 25 year old home. This included new windows, sliders, Hardie siding, soffit, lighting, doors, trim… the works. This was not anything I was familiar with so it was important that when I met with contractors, I understood the whole process, my choices and options, and of course the cost.
I went with DL Design Construction for several reasons: the owner himself came out to discuss the project with me, bringing abundant samples and leaving me with detailed figures for the work I wanted done, to which it was easy to add or subtract as the project evolved.
Afterwards he routinely visited the site to make sure I was happy with the progress. The office also kept in constant touch with me about the project, and responded to me quickly and in detail whenever I had a question or request.
The crew was absolutely wonderful. I saw it myself and had at least three neighbors come down and compliment them for how hard they worked, how careful they were, and how neat everything was left at the end of the day. They also communicated with me on a day-to-day basis, right down to what kind of new house numbers I wanted and where the doorbell should go.
The professionalism that DL Design Construction exhibited made me comfortable throughout the entire project, which was extensive and could have been nerve-wracking to someone like myself who is unfamiliar with construction. Instead I looked forward to each phase of the renovation as it went forward, and now I have a "new" house that is both beautiful and well-built!”

“Denis' company was the one that did a replacement all the windows on the rear side of my home a few months ago (through Lowe's), and I have ZERO complaints at all! He was very professional, he and his workers did quick and clean work! I did have an issue with one window arriving broken prior to the install (twice!), but the fault wasn't on his end at all. He handled everything and I didn't have to lift a finger in getting it replaced and reinstalled. I'm hoping to get my front windows replaced this year, and I'm hoping to get his company as our installer again!”

“We hired Vinyl Designs to replace our vinyl siding with, get this, fiber cement siding (Hardie plank). At first we were skeptical that a business with its name would even do a Hardie plank project, but they turned out to be very knowledgeable about the product and its installation. We had researched siding options for awhile before landing on Hardie plank. As we sought bids for installing it, a few companies fell out of contention because they tried to talk us into using their favored material (such as vinyl, which they knew they could offer us at a much cheaper price). But not Vinyl Designs, which not only accommodated our wishes but supported our choice. We'd highly recommend them to anyone considering a project using James Hardie siding...don't let their business name fool you into thinking they're just for vinyl.”
