“I am a builder/developer on the island of Kauai who specializes in custom homes and Sara did a complete design and review of a remodel project I am now completing. This is a very special location on the ocean and we took the two story house down to the studs. Sara oversaw the entire project. She provided my team with a very detailed set of plans that she drew along with a list of specs with pictures of each item including tile, door hardware, everything down to the paint color. Sara is very thorough and knows exactly what is needed to make a project run smoothly. She is aware of the harsh conditions of the island and takes that into consideration when selecting her furniture package while still providing a quality product. Her design skills are exceptional and she has a in-depth knowledge of fabrics, colors and textures. I would work with her again and would recommend her on any project.”

“Peggy Dixon of Faux Kauai Designer Finishes has the ability to see the texture of whatever image one can imagine and recreate it in her designer finishes; making a simple plywood conference table look like a highly polished concrete finish. This is just one example of her fine work in detail. She can blend her work into the existing without having any sort of transition lines...it becomes the existing. Her skill is of the highest level in her field of work and working with her is working with a professional who is cheerful and positive in all aspects of the project.”

“I hired Bri to design and execute my sons nursery. She listened to my ideas and then came up with several options revolving around my initial ideas, all staying true to the feel of our home. She did all the painting and created a few original pieces to hang in the room as well. It turned out great! Bri is very professional and I would definitely work with her again!”
