“I had a flood, knock out kitchen, bathroom & one bedroom. Code Constrution is a GREAT company, they came right away, estimate quickly and helped with insuance claim. I needed walls, cabinets, plumbing, electric, tile and painting. They did it all and a great job, which is hard to do tile and wall construction at the same time, but there team works quickly. And they clean up there mess and take the garbage with thim.
Also I liked the ideal I didn't have to pay any money right away!
They are one of the few honest companies out there (see Joe Logan).”

James was able to take the vision we had for using this wood into a bar top on our kitchen island to make a unique and meaningful showpiece for our home. James was prompt, courteous, respectful to our home, kept within his estimate of time and cost. He was willing to work with our materials (wood and cast iron supports. He consulted us on decisions, such as edging and guided us when decisions were out of our scope of knowledge. He crafted a truly magnificent piece for our home. “Wow! Where do I begin!? I loved working with Tori on redesigning several closets throughout my house. We did the master, two closets in our kids rooms, and one downstairs. You have no idea the burden that's been lifting now that I can actually find things in my own home! ha We had that single shelf and rod setup and it just resulted in stuff being throw on the floor. Tori was great because she asked me a lot of questions to really understand what I wanted to be able to do with each space. Now our closets have adjustable hanging, drawers, cubbies. Literally every inch of our closets has been put to good use! Tori was very patience with us as we asked for several changes along the way. The crew guys were prompt and very clean - I was actually really impressed by this figuring how quick the installation was! I've already referred several friends to Tori. Highly recommend the whole Tampa team!”

“We were able to find 'More Space Place' after looking all over Tampa and finding most other places were closed or would not return our calls. The staff was friendly and we purchased our murphy bed in about 20 minutes. They were fantastic about working with our schedule to assemble b/c we were building a house and were not sure of a move in date. The piece was assembled well and professionally and looks great - we were skeptical b/c had heard that they were not comfortable and did not look great in the room but we are extremely happy with this purchase- comfort wise and it looks like a beautiful piece of furniture.”

“I first contacted this company for an estimate for my home office. The estimator arrived exactly when he said he would. He took all measurements and listened to my needs. Within a few days he had several proposals ready for me to review in the office in 3D. Tweaks were made, a contract signed and installation scheduled. The crew arrived 5 minutes early on installation day and worked all day until completion. The project was perfect! So much so, that 2 months later I contacted the estimator again for 2 more estimates, a closet and a breakfast nook. Again, he was on-time, and quickly put together several options. A contract was signed and installation scheduled. The crew scheduled for 9:00 arrived at 9:10AM, extremely apologetic for being late! (That's not late in my book!) Again, they completed both projects in one day, and everything is perfect! If I come up with any additional projects, this is the company I will use.”
