“I hired Innovative Irrigation to repair and improve a full yard installation I had done two years prior with another irrigation company. They greatly improved my existing system and helped in reducing my overall water usage, lowering my bills but keeping my yard adequately watered. I think the company is excellent and I have been very pleased with them the past few years and my yard looks great from early spring to late in the fall. With my sprinkler system I learned that hard way that cheaper pricing is just that, "CHEAP". “Rain Rich came as a complete surprise to me. I thought I was hiring someone to clean my gutters and, don't get me wrong, they did that just fine. They were fast, professional, and thorough. What surprised me was the breath of their services. In short, they do everything I need done on my property: sprinkler systems, landscape lighting, aeration, fertilizer systems that use my sprinklers, etc. Heck, they even work on green roof technology! Which is another thing I like about them, they are focused on green alternatives. By using my irrigation system to dispense fertilizer, I use less and it is more effective. On top of that, they use only organic fertilizer. My lighting system uses LED technology so I consume less electricity. And my electric bills are lower, too! My sprinklers are set properly for the right amount of water and they never go on after a rainfall. So from pretty humble beginnings, this relationship has grown to encompass all things outdoors on my property. If i ever nee them, the respond promptly. What's not to like? I highly recommend Rain Rich!”

“I can’t say enough about how happy I am with the work Sarah did for me. The small backyard of my Brooklyn townhouse was a mess: chain link fence, ugly concrete patio, wildly overgrown garden (90% weeds), and a rusty steel door where water flooded into my basement every time it rained. I felt like I was lucky to have outdoor space, but I never spent any time there. Sarah was one of four landscape designers I spoke to about my project. I wanted a new patio with room for a table and chairs, a new fence that afforded more privacy than the chain link, a basement that didn’t flood, and most of all a garden full of year-round color and texture that I would enjoy spending time in. One of the designers came in with project that was more than twice my budget. Another cut a lot of corners to stay within my budget—her plans called for a new fence on once side of the garden, but not the other. The third came up with a modern design that really didn’t match my century old townhouse—and it included two different seating areas for a postage-stamp sized yard. Sera, on the other hand, designed a beautiful space that accomplished every one of my objectives and delivered it on time and within my budget: a wonderful cobblestone patio in an intersecting circular design, new wooden fencing to cover the chain link (on both sides!) and a beautiful garden with magnolia and dogwood trees, complete with a programmable irrigation system. In addition to designing the garden, Sarah was onsite to oversee the patio and fencing installation, and came back a few weeks after the planting (during a heat wave in late July) to make sure the plants were doing okay. She even made sure I knew how to prune each plant in the fall and prepare the garden for winter. Sarah has a real artist’s sensibility, and it really shows in the care she took with my project.”
