“IKEAman saved the day! I've always taken pride in my ability to put together IKEA furniture, that is until I bought the PAX closet system. After weeks of slowly assembling the beast of a unit, we finally got to the very last step only to discover that the doors refused to go on!
We have an old home with uneven hardwood floors, and after months of deciding (yes - my pride was bruised!), I finally called IKEAman to see what they could do. With a quick response, a decent quote and fast meeting time they swooped in and saved the day. Within 2 hours our unit was fully assembled and looking great! Why on earth did we wait so long to call?!?
I highly recommend IKEAman! Fast, friendly and VERY good at interpreting IKEA's mute instruction manual!”

They can custom order pretty well anything you need as well as having numerous catalogues that can be ordered from. They allowed me to take the piece I bought home for a trial first which is not something that all retailers like to do for the customer.”

“We were looking for a solid wood bedset. We found you on a website when I was looking for Mennonite furniture. My wife said, "It looks good. Why don't we go and see?" We saw it once, we were very happy with what we saw. We really wanted solid wood. That was critical to us. If we're going to buy something we want quality and it's okay to spend a little bit more. The price was great! About half the price from other places offering solid wood furniture. If people are in a hurry the custom Indonesian furniture you offer might not be the best option. They might select the local solid wood made in Canada furniture from you which I know will come sooner. If you're not in a hurry, then this works out perfectly. The quality and the price are excellent. The bed looks really, really good. We've never had a backboard. I would rate the experience a perfect 10. The furniture is beautiful and delivery and setup was careful and done well.”

“We had just moved to a new house and I was 8 months pregnant when we asked Living Wood to make a headboard for us. Andy and Anna were amazing to work with. They were great at listening to what my husband and I wanted but had suggestions and ideas to help us in the design process. I was most excited about their suggestions for which wood to use. They found us amazing old barn board to make the headboard with. It has its own unique story, this wood, in each grain and line. This is what living wood means to us now, wood with its own life story. I also love how Andy made it with attention to detail and those little finishing touches like pegs where the headboard was screwed together. We are so happy with the final product, a beautiful headboard that is the centrepiece of our room! And the day after our headboard was delivered, our baby arrived too. Perfect timing!”

“Bought my outdoor sectional & patio umbrella with Canada's Boss Leather Furniture and they were fabulous to deal with. Everything came on time and Rob was really pleasant to deal with. Several months after we had purchased everything, we had an issue with the umbrella however I never got around to doing anything until following Spring. Anyway, I contacted the manufacturer, however, the manufacturer would not allow me to return it to them or deal with me directly. I contacted Boss Leather and I believe I spoke with Ralph initially. He was very kind and said he would contact the manufacturer and help me out. I wasn't sure how it would go since retailers don't typically deal with manufacturing issues almost a year later. In the end, Boss Leather came through for me and the issue with the umbrella was repaired and looked as good as new. I definitely recommend buying from them.”
