“We had an in-ground pool and landscaping done by Pool & Spa Warehouse nearly six years ago. Since that time, we have returned there to buy our patio furniture, hot tub, and other outdoor items. We live in Maineville and of course could go to closer retail shops to buy all these items, but we drive the extra miles due to the wonderful experiences we have had with all the staff. Over the years, Mark, Darin, and Rob have always treated us respectfully and have helped us to turn our boring backyard into our dream come true. We are and continue to be loyal customers and refer anyone we can to them for all their outdoor needs!”

“Had an in ground pool put in by this company and they did a great job! They where very proficient, on time, always we're very curtious and very respectful of me and my family while on site with their language and attitudes. Which means a lot to me when having a contractor come into or onto my property. They also finished the job on time and on budget, which rarely happens with most contractors I've dealt with before. They also did not leave any trash or building supplies behind when finished either,even down to no nails on the ground! Every last form was taken up and not left in the ground, like other contractors are known for. They were a great bunch of guys I would work with again! So if your looking to build a pool or a spa or even patios, these men are the guys to call. Great job, Tried-State team!”

“I never knew how much I would enjoy my hottub from Knickerbocker Pools! My first one stayed with my house when I moved, and it didn't take me long to buy one for my new house. As an athlete this is a great recovery aid. I have never had a problem with either item I purchased and in fact the staff has always been quite nice when I have had questions. Product is great and company is easy work with, a great combination in my opinion.”
