“Mark visited today to view a new shower project and provide a quote. Yesterday after a leak occurred on a toilet in another room, I asked if he could take a look whilst here and he immediately agreed. The repair required was less than straightforward but Mark persevered until the fault was corrected. Great professional service and a cheerful manner. Excellent service! The replacement of the shower also presented challenges & Mark was a great help in identifying available solutions with cost/benefit implications carefully explained in simple terms even I could understand. Great advice that is much appreciated. Would recommend Weatheroak to anyone considering a project or repair.”
