“I inherited a home built in 1985 that needed all copper pipes to be removed because there was no heat in the house this past, very cold, winter. I couldn't get anything done while waiting for the deed to be straightened out. Benjamin Franklin sent Jack and Jeff to remove the old pipes and install new system for clean, chlorine-free water to flow throughout my house. They were punctual, courteous, friendly, and funny! They seem to be doing a great job. We are on the 2nd day of a 2 day job, and I cannot fault anything they have done thus far. They have been helpful in suggesting solutions for future projects. Benjamin Franklin even helped me get financing so I could get the job done without having to wait to for a bank to give me a loan.”

Job completed within time agreed to and all workmanship was highly professional. Workmen used great care to avoid damaging anything while bringing materials in and out and used drop-cloths to protect floors. Did thorough clean up at completion of each day's work. Bob is very conscientious and careful to be certain you know what the costs will be for any extras that you request. No surprises when the final bill is presented! Over all, Bob will give you a reasonable price and does excellent quality work.”

They did all of the heating and plumbing for a mudroom, laundry and garage addition in 2005 and we have used them for all of our repairs since that time.
