“We had a sunroom project a couple of years ago. We didn’t have any issues with the previous company, but it was time to replace it since it became a traditional space for us. We went with Dream Outdoor Solution because of their affordable prices, free designs, and quote. Our new sunroom makes us feel like we step outside without getting outside! All insects have to find a new way to enter our space!”

“WE contacted Steadfast for an estimate on a sunroom. Contact both by phone and in person for the estimate was friendly and professional. Josh came to the house to provide the estimate. He was knowledgeable and able to provide suggestions while still staying true to our original thoughts of what we wanted. We have temporarily delayed this project but will definitely contact Steadfast again when we are ready to move forward. Their estimate was fair and and included discounts for contacting them through Angie's list .”

Todd was very responsive and gave us some good plans to work from and when we finally decided on the project and got it approved by HOA the work was done in an absolutely awesome and professional fashion. The crew did a fantastic job -- even the city inspector said it was the best built deck he had seen. The small and deck and porch Signature did for us was not only what we were looking for but beyond our expectations. We were so glad we followed Todd's suggestions on upgrades as they made the finished product awesome. We've already started talking about our next project with Signature! “Mid-Atlantic Fence and Deck is an excellent company that provides outstanding customer service from start to finish. We had Mid-Atlantic to install our original cedar fence in 1996 and then had them back out to replace boards and extend the fence in 2012 at our Severna Park home. Bruce Beauchamp, the owner, came out personally to answer our questions with both installs. In April, I needed a new fence installed in a new townhouse development located in Arnold. Bruce came out himself to measure and finalize the drawing for the H.O.A. When the H.O.A. required the fence sketch to be re-done on a new boundary survey, Bruce re-did the drawing with a smile and a great attitude. Finally, our home in Severna Park just settled in July. A prospective buyer had bent the latch of the gate during a showing of our home. I emailed Bruce and he sent his son out the next day to install a brand-new latch the day before settlement. You will love working with the team at Mid-Atlantic Fence and Deck and thoroughly enjoy your new fence or deck for years to come. D. M. Benischek”
