“CQ Construction is very professional. The quote they gave us for replacing our roof was reasonable, and they honored that quote when it was time to pay. The people who put on the roof were professional, and they did an excellent job cleaning up the mess. Even better, the county inspector said the roof was according to code and passed inspection the first time around!
The new roof came with a 2-year repair warranty, and they have honored that warranty when they have had to come out to check leaks a couple of times.
I would highly recommend them!”

“In August 2011 we had to replace the roof on our 1960's home. We hired SEC Renovations and Repairs, based on their previous reviews and years of experience, to complete the job. The initial estimate was for two layers of shingle removal and of course a new roof. Shortly after the repairs began the contractor found sheets upon sheets of delaminated plywood. The contractor took pictures of the plywood and spoke to us about the issue. Of course removing and replacing over 25sheets of plywood was going to cost significantly more than expected...and more than the insurance company gave us for the roof. Fortunately, the contractor knew what to do and he helped us renegotiate the allotted price of the roof with the insurance company. So, he went out of his way to save us money, and he even installed solar attic fans and an energy efficient shingle, and this helped us out on our taxes and our power bill! This was a great experience and the roof is beautiful and will last us 30 years or more!”

“I was very impressed with Specialty Roofers. They were prompt and courteous in all communications. It took them one day to come give an estimate after my initial call. Their quote was extremely thorough in detail, and was a reasonable price. I dealt mostly with the owner, Mike, who was happy to answer all questions and was not pushy on "the sell". Once I signed the contract, it took them only a day to get on the roof and get to work, They were finished with the complete re-roof in a day and a half. All the work was documented with photos and arranged in a neat package for insurance purposes. The total bill was exactly what was quoted, no surprises.

“Chris Warren did a great job. We had rain the first day while they were stripping the old shingles off. He and his crew immediately stopped everything and put a huge tarp over the roof. He then went to the attic and checked to make sure that there were no leaks. As soon as rain stopped they were back to work. Two and a half days later the job was complete with new shingles and stick down underlayment. They did a thorough cleanup and the dumpster was hauled away that afternoon. Over the next three days we got over four inches of rain, leak check complete, no leaks noted.”
