Can the chair withstand people greater than 200 pounds? - I was surprised to see the 200 pound weight limit. Need to make sure the stools would withstand friends coming over who weigh more than 200... Lire plus

can light be hung 4 ft down? the description says 3 ft but adjustable - We want to be able to hang this 4 feet from the ceiling. is there supplies included to be able to do this>
