mount left or right? - I need to attach the mount so it faces right but here photo faces left. Does it turn to any side?

Can this be delivered into an apt or is it only left for ground level? - I live in an NYC co-op and a certificate of insurance for furniture deliveries and I would need it brought into an elevator to the 4th floor... Lire plus
