These clients love to cook and the existing kitchen wasn't working for them. In addition the master bath and closets were not functional either. So we decided to rework the condo space to make these main areas work for this home owner. We moved the kitchen from the center of the condo to the front of the condo giving this cook a serious work space. The main feature in the kitchen is the pantry wall, which was inspired by a photo the homeowner fell in love with. In the master we removed the tub and redesigned the entire space with large shower, long vanity with plenty of storage. We went from 2 small odd shaped closets to one huge walk with enough space for both homeowners.
