Excellent. Love the look. Must maintain the iron rod and, importantly, the pull down shad is necessary … similar to the pull down shades in the Maine Loft Master Bedroom. In this application, a valence rod is not necessary and less drapery fabric is need due to the pull down shad application. Further no valences are required … again requiring less material.
